✨ That's a wrap on the 22nd Annual Wayzata Art Experience! ✨

We are so grateful to the artists, sponsors, volunteers, food vendors, and musicians who made this year's festival one to remember. A special thank you to our Presenting Sponsor, Walser Kia, for their outstanding partnership and for bringing their own creative spin to the festival. Your support helped make this event possible.

While Sunday morning brought unexpected weather, our artists and volunteers showed incredible resilience, and we couldn't be more appreciative of everyone who adapted and helped make the day a success.

Whether you discovered a new favorite artist, enjoyed delicious food, listened to live music, explored the Activity Zone, or simply spent the weekend soaking in the lakeside atmosphere, thank you for making Wayzata Art Experience part of your summer!

🎨 Congratulations to our 2026 Wayzata Art Experience Award Winners! Our judges had the difficult task of selecting three winners from an incredibly talented field of artists. Every artist brought creativity, passion, and exceptional craftsmanship to Lake Street this weekend, and we're honored to celebrate these outstanding artists.

⚠️ Wayzata Art Experience Weather Update

The safety of our artists, volunteers, vendors, and guests is our top priority. Based on the latest update from Hennepin County Weather Management, showers and thunderstorms moving through the area this morning are expected to bring gusty winds, lightning, and heavy rain. To allow the weather to pass and ensure a safe experience for everyone, today's Wayzata Art Experience will open at 11 am and run until 4 pm.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. We hope to see you this afternoon once the sky clears to support our fantastic artists!

⛵ Due to forecasted wind gusts and out of an abundance of caution, the team at Wayzata Sailing has made the difficult decision to cancel Sunday's free sailboat rides. The expected conditions would make docking and safely rotating challenging. The safety of guests, volunteers, and crew is always the top priority. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment.

We hope you'll still join us on Lake Street to enjoy incredible artists, delicious food, live music, family activities, and everything else the festival has to offer!
