The Joint is Jumpin' in June!
You'll want to be at Music Makers every Friday night in June. Just look at this lineup! We start the month with your favorite Irish Band and some traditional Celtic Music. Then, the rest of the month enjoy some Blues, Folk, Jazz, Pop and Classic Rock. We are BYOB, and we offer Free Admission for great music in a "listening room" setting.

The Wayne Band, the community band of Waynesboro, will present a concert on Sunday, June 7th at the Church of the Apostles at 336 Barnett Avenue in Waynesboro, PA. This 3 pm concert will feature patriotic and other standard Band Literature. Please bring lawn chairs for this outside concert. If inclement weather, the concert will be held inside.

Lightbath with Bryan Noll was at Music Makers Friday night. Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy the unique experience of Bryan's improvisational and original music. In this video clip Matt Baumgardner (on left), who was an early influence on Bryan's music, accompanies Bryan (on right). Thanks again to Bryan and Matt for a very interesting evening of music.

Join us tonight for a special event at Music Makers. Coming back to his hometown, Bryan Noll brings Lightbath, a decade-long ambient practice built from generative systems and live improvisation. Expect a quiet, immersive set where simple musical ideas are layered and transformed into something meditative and cinematic. Lightbath first found its audience through YouTube videos that capture the physical act of coaxing music from modular synthesizers, with Pitchfork calling the work “artfully unpretentious” and “part performance, part tech tutorial, and part audio-visual wallpaper.”
Also, Matt Baumgardner will be joining Bryan for his second set, playing a Fender Rhodes and effects. It is Matt’s first live appearance in many years.
This is a seated, listening-room performance with limited capacity. Free Admission for great music in a "listening room" setting. See less

The rain was coming down outside and the Prophets of the Abstract Truth were laying down the Jazz tunes inside Music Makers Friday night in downtown Waynesboro. The trio consists of Bob Courter on guitar, Mark Lysher on bass and Carl Disque on sax. They were playing until 8. Thank you to Bob, Mark, Carl and everyone who stopped by in the rain to check ‘em out. Stop by next week for the musical experience of Lightbath with Bryan Noll.
