In this class with Jeje Moore, we will use a variety of art materials to create 2D and 3D art inspired by some of our favorite animals. Students will learn how to draw animals by breaking them down into basic shapes, shading or constructing for 3D form, and explore techniques for making patterns and textures like fur or feathers. Learn the craft of loom beading! Learn all the steps of designing and bead weaving. In this class students will learn how to design a bracelet on paper or a computer. They will learn to warp the loom, weave with beads, and master different ending techniques. It includes all the supplies necessary for making 3 or more bracelets.

Add a touch of shine to your creativity in this hands-on leather foiling class! Students will learn the art of metal leafing to transform a simple leather pouch into a bold, eye-catching statement piece in this interactive class for teens (14+) and adults. We'll explore techniques for applying metallic finishes and practice using vinyl to design crisp, multicolor patterns. No prior experience is needed-just bring your curiosity and creativity. All tools and materials provided.

This clay experience covers a mixture of hand-built and wheel thrown projects. Good for all skill levels! Kids will work with wet clay on Monday and Tuesday. There is no class on Wednesday while kilns are fired, and Thursday freshly fired pieces will be glazed. Friday, pieces will be finished, packed, and ready to take home. All supplies included. For ages 6 – 12

Experience the challenges and the joys of drawing in this 6 week class. Introducing beginners to the basics with essential incremental steps for drawing confidently from observation (and imagination too). We will explore a small range of drawing materials include graphite pencil, conte, pen & ink, and ink wash as we employ some of the very best traditional and contemporary drawing strategies. In this 2 Day Weekend Workshop, you'll transform layers of mixed media and imagination into stunning ABSTRACT LANDSCAPES. In this immersive two-day workshop we'll move beyond observation and replication to experimenting freely with acrylics, watercolors, and more, while building compositions that feel alive. I bring my studio to you: an abundance of mark-making tools, unusual paper specimens, stamps, stencils, mediums, and boxes of curated collage papers for you to explore and use. We'll watch focused video tutorials allowing you more time to do one thing: make something extraordinary. You'll have personal time with me both days so you'!! never feel lost - and go home a more independent and empowered artist.
