Prom season has officially ended for me today! The last 3 prom clients picked up their dresses this morning!

Im SEW thankful for my clients who refer my business time and time again! YOU have helped me be a better mother, wife and provider for my family and I am honored that SEW many people choose to include me in their most important memories of life!

Since January 1st, I have had the joy of helping
217 different clients! I have worked on repairing/replacing zippers, patching holes, adding military patches, and even getting to work on their wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, MOB dresses, MOG dresses and even baby clothes, memory quilts, memory bears and some embroidery too!

People ask me all the time how many dresses do I work on for prom- well since its spring wedding season AND prom season I work on ALOT of dresses. Although you will see me at most of kids events, that is because I do work late at night and early in the morning when needed- the beauty of owning my own full time business!

Since Jan 1, 2026, Ive completed alterations on:
17 wedding gowns
87 prom/formal gowns and managed to start&finish 7 custom memory quilts for clients and even did 14 diff embroidery projects.

Do you see the patch on his sleeve? He had earned that patch and brought it to me to stitch onto his jacket. Many clients find unique patches and have me stitch them on. Thanks Matt for allowing me to share this!

I also do ALOT of military patches for clients…many military patches need replaced when ranks change, thats something I can do quickly. I appreciate the military and do my best to accomodate rushed timeframes!

Personalized machine embroidery…i type a name into my machine, client picks the style font and then I tell the machine to start. Machine automatically stitches out what i typed. This blanket is now personalized!

Applique Embroidery…that means that the sweatshirt gets put into a hoop, machine automatically stitches a cross, then I lay down fabric and the machine stitches it in place with a top stitch. The sleeve has the persons favorite bible verse embroidered.

Yes I can do lots of different types of embroidery! Business logos, digitized signatures and lots more!

Blue has always been my favorite color, i love flowers and the old treadle sewing machine is just like the one in my foyer.
Quilt bags are included in the price of a custom quilt.

This was the original quilt that my client saw and loved. She wanted her father’s clothes made into the same pattern. Same pattern, different fabrics can really change how a quilt looks. The original quilt is made from RileyBlake Designs- the Essence jelly roll. The second quilt is made from a man’s clothing- cutting and piecing each piece individually.
