Our is Jacques Nestlé! Born in Berlin in 1907, Nestlé settled in Paris during the ongoing Modern Art revolution. Daniel-Henry Kahnweiler, a renowned art dealer who promoted famous artists such as Picasso, offered to work with him, but Nestlé rejected this proposal. As he reached his early 50’s, he began to work in a more spontaneous style that resembled American abstraction expressionism. Nestlé did not refer to himself as an artist or a painter, but rather a simple man who paints.

🌊 Today is World Ocean Day 🐚 Celebrate and honor the oceans around the world by removing trash and debris when you see it! Our is Henri Goetz! Goetz was a French American surrealist painter and an engraver. Surrealism is art that depicts irrational juxtaposition and seeks to release your creative unconscious mind. Goetz created the carborundum printmaking process and has work in more than 100 galleries over the world.
