Wayne City Little Opry

Wayne City Little Opry The Wayne City Little Opry is a non-alcoholic country music dance hall in southern Illinois. The Little Opry re-opened in Feb. of 2015 under new management.

We have a live band every Saturday night with dancing on our wonderful wood floor from 6:30-9:30 pm (doors open at 5pm). Concessions available and a 50/50 drawing at 9 pm.

Thank you for the awesome variety of dance music, taking all our requests, great job with the Chair dance mixer, and providing a super fun night for everyone!!!! We love this band!!!! Thank you to everyone for a spectacular Sat. night dance! It was so great to have MOST WANTED back with us! They did a fantastic job with some awesome dance music and kept us on the dance floor and worn out all night!! We loved it!! They will be back in August, so check the schedule and come on over to dance with us!!! In between dances, I did manage to get a few photos of our great night!

We had a spectacular time on Sat. night with our awesome band, WILCE-N-GREEN and our fantastic dancers and listeners!!! Great dance music from this talented group who have been with us since we opened our doors and we can't ask for any better friends than these great guys!! We had a blast!!!! We had a birthday in the house and some very yummy cake and ice cream!!! Best wishes to Bill and wishing you many more great birthdays!! And thank you Deloris for the delicious cake!!! Huge thanks to HOT ROD MERCURY -Steve, Ryan and Mel, for another fantastic Sat. night dance!!!! Great variety of songs and a few new ones in there, something for everyone to enjoy and we did enjoy the evening!!! Dance floor was never empty and we hated to see the night end, but they will be back!!!! Birthday wishes to Randy and Mary! Hope your day was great and wishing you many more!!!
