Julie Kay is a nationally recognized dance educator, entrepreneur, life coach, choreographer, and mentor who has dedicated her life to inspiring dancers, dance teachers, and studio owners across the country.

Beginning her professional career as a performer in Branson, Missouri, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, Julie Kay went on to co-found Revolution Dance Center in California, where she helped develop countless dancers who later pursued successful careers in the entertainment industry. Today, she is the co-founder of The Julie Kay Mastermind Company, which includes Team Julie Kay and the Julie Kay Studio Owner Mastermind, providing education, systems, mentorship, and support to dance educators worldwide. As a faculty member with LA Dance Magic, a sought-after speaker, and a certified life coach, Julie Kay combines her passion for dance, leadership, and personal development to help others build thriving classrooms, successful studios, and meaningful lives.

Alongside her husband Darrell and their three children, she continues to serve the dance community through innovative curriculum development, leadership training, service projects, and her commitment to helping others lead with confidence, integrity, and heart.
