🚨 Contractor Call — Bond Co-Signer Needed 🚨

We’re nearing the final steps to launch a major commercial project, and the only thing left is securing the bond. We’re seeking a licensed contractor who has successfully completed projects of similar magnitude to co-sign on a performance and payment bond.

🔹 Details:

The project falls within Handy People’s scope of work, but due to the dollar amount, we’re strengthening the bond application with a co-signing contractor.

This is not an obligee role — the co-signer is simply guaranteeing the bond alongside us (per SBA guidelines).

The bond will be issued using an AIA form or comparable coverage by a Treasury-approved corporate surety.

100% Performance Bond and Labor & Materials Payment Bond required.

Must carry Builder’s Risk and Worker’s Compensation Insurance.

Only the Borrower will be named as the obligee on the bond.
