The Penny Portal Hand Stamped pennies reflecting culture, literature, humor, politics, and religious themes. All pennies are available for purchase.

They can be punched w/ a hole for rings or ribbons, and can be adapted into charm bracelets, key rings, necklaces, backpack clips, or other wearable/ hangable art. We generally attempt to preserve the text on the penny and stamp around it, but some pieces don't lend themselves well to that. We have posted some pieces that are ready-made, and can work on custom text/ ideas also. Due to the nature o

Our latest client project was a request to stamp END THE FED on multiple pennies from 1981 (and earlier) and distribute them to people between the ages of 16 and 20. They will be attached to a small card with the following text:

"Last of the Constitutional Coinage - Pre 1982 Penny
Copper has real and historical value. In fact, the copper
in this penny is worth about 2 cents. Until 1964, dimes,
quarters and halves were made of Silver. A pre-1965
quarter has over $3.00 in Silver. Until 1964 paper money
was redeemable in Silver. What happened to real money?
Why is today’s money not backed by valuable metals?
The story begins in1910 on Jekyll Island, GA.
