Today, June 12th, we proudly recognize and honor the courageous women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. Women’s Veterans Day commemorates the signing of the Women’s Armed Services Integration Act in 1948, a historic milestone that allowed women to serve as permanent members of the U.S. military.

At First Capital Ruck 22, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all women veterans for their dedication, sacrifice, strength, and unwavering commitment to our nation.

Today is a day to celebrate their achievements, honor their service, and recognize the countless contributions women veterans have made both in uniform and within their communities.

To all women who have answered the call to serve:

Your service has helped protect the freedoms we enjoy every day.

Regrettably, Heroes Pub will suspend bar and food operations on 01 Nov. The ‘HEROES’ concept was created as a tribute to our Military, Veterans, First Responders, as well as support of the local community. We still stand by that initiative. The last two and a half years have been filled with laughter, fun, and the creation of great memories. Thank you all for the support, love, and friendships developed over the last couple of years; we appreciate you.
