ATTENTION
All Guests & Students:

This post is long overdue, and I apologize for not getting around to answering all of the messages we have received inquiring about classes.

Due to extenuating circumstances, Spin Sisters - Aerial, Pole and Flow Arts was forced to make the heartbreaking decision to close its doors a little over a year ago. This was truly heartbreaking as I had made so many new connections and our students were making such amazing progress and becoming more confident every time I saw them.

I absolutley adore every one of our students, instructors, and supporters that have come together in this time. I also remain absolutley passionate about the arts and have decided to continue my practice and further my instructor qualifications. I think it's about time we start to look to the future.

In order to remain in practice, I am willing to provide virtual lessons in Yoga, Stretching & Flexibility, Core Strength & Conditioning and Pole (to those of you who have a pole or have a place to use one).

If anyone is interested in continuing lessons with me, please message us here on Facebook and let's discuss how I can shape a lesson plan to fit your needs.

Ash, Mikayla & Julia teamed up to lead a Burlesque-Styled Bachelorette Party this morning, and it was so much fun! What a great group of ladies, and such an exhilarating way to start the day of the party! More pics coming soon!

Pole dance has had a beautiful glow-up over centuries of different styles. We think modernization for sport and recreation is fantastic! The competitions, the glam, the dedication it takes to get to the top (literally & figuratively). For some, it's the confidence you walk out of here with after nailing that nemesis trick. For others, it's the way they feel about themselves in a spicy new pole-friendly outfit or the fabulous new pair of stilettos. Whichever way you decide is the path for you, we support it, because it's all about finding your own inner groove, setting goals for yourself and knocking them down.

2024 Wall Calendars, featuring our new instructors PLUS We will be HOPPING all over town in the next few weeks to collaborate with area businesses.

Our goal is to raise body positivity and self-esteem in our community, and to demonstrate our love for all things aerial, pole and flow. The "Bunny Munny" raised is going back to the studio for advanced training materials and to get our instructors new/advanced certifications to become more well-rounded, and to give our students the best possible training around.
