An unforgettable evening at The Eight10!

We were deeply honored to host yesterday’s investiture ceremony for Waupaca County Circuit Court Judge Diane Meulemans. Thank you to the organizers for allowing us to be part of this milestone, and to the 150+ guests who joined us for the official oaths, ceremonial robing, and celebration.

We're still smiling from all the laughs this weekend!

Thank you to everyone who joined us at The Eight10 for Stand-Up Comedy Night. From the moment the doors opened until the final punchline, the room was filled with great energy, plenty of laughter, and a whole lot of fun.

A big thank you to Laughable Productions for putting together such a fantastic show, and to Ben Giles, Brandon Sanders, Trevor Clumpner, Dean Berg, and Connor O'Hara for keeping us laughing all night long.

We're also grateful to Bliss Charcuterie LLC. for the delicious grazing table and to the hardworking team at The Eight10 for helping bring the event to life.

What a fantastic Saturday night! Our second ever Balloon Glow at H.H. HINDER Brewing Co. and The Eight10 was an absolute hit, and we are still buzzing from how incredible the whole evening turned out. The summer weather cooperated perfectly, making for a beautiful twilight backdrop.

An event like this requires a lot of teamwork, and we want to extend a massive thank you to the dedicated people who brought it all together:

To the pilots (Zach, Mike, Brandon, Valerie) and your crews – thank you for bringing such enthusiasm and putting on such a breathtaking display. Getting up close to these remarkable aircraft and feeling the heat of the burners made for an experience our guests won’t soon forget.

Sara & Ian, thank you for setting the perfect vibe with your fantastic performance. We’re looking forward to seeing you back here on July 5th!

A big shout out to Zach and Alyssa from Little Toppings Bakery for the phenomenal cookies. They were both delicious and fun!

Thank you to Amanda, Mike, and Claire from Lux Layers for creating such a fun bunch of activities for the kids. Your participation brought smiles to the faces of plenty of young visitors.

And of course, thank you to the H.H. HINDER crew for pulling it all together - from the behind-the-scenes planning, to the cheerful service behind the bar, and the attention to detail that made it all gel into a perfect night.

Mark your calendars for an unforgettable family night! Our unique Balloon Glow event is coming up on Saturday, June 6th. We are transforming The Eight10 west parking lot (810 Churchill Street, Waupaca, WI - just off Columbia Street) into a stunning showcase for local hot air balloons.

The fun kicks off at 6:00 PM with live music, and the balloons will begin to glow around 7:00 PM. Here is a look at what we have lined up for the evening:

The Main Event:
See incredible hot air balloons inflate and light up the night up close. You can meet the pilots, check out their unique aircraft, and learn about the hobby. (Please note: If the weather doesn't cooperate, we will bring the gear inside for a hands-on experience!)

Live Music:
Enjoy a performance by Sara & Ian starting at 6:00 PM, playing everything from Fleetwood Mac to modern pop and country.

Kids Activities:
Sponsored by Lux Layers 3D Print Shop, featuring balloon-powered race cars, 3D-printed balloons to decorate, a claw machine with 3D-printed minis, and even edible 3D-printed lollipops.

Food & Drink:
HINDERS and signature beverages/treats will be available for all ages.

Laughable Productions is bringing a stacked night of stand-up comedy to The Eight10 on Saturday, June 13th and this one’s got everything: laughs, snacks, and drinks to keep things interesting.
