--I want to host a large community meeting. How many seats do you have? Town Theater is currently configured for seating 100 people, and has capacity to seat 135 people, with a combination of regular restaurant tables and chairs, couches and recliners, and movie theater seats in the front of the house. We offer pizza, appetizers, drinks, and dessert pizza. Please call the general manager to reserve a day/time for your group. We ask for a one week notice to schedule staff and adjust our supplier order. The rental fees for the theater, projector, sound system, and food pricing will depend on the group and the time/day of the event. Generally, room rental fees are $100/hr for the first 2 hrs, $50/hr for each additional hour or portion thereof; and $25/hr for the protector rental. There is also a 15% gratuity (of the food+drink bill) added for the kids for groups of 15 or more.
--Do you offer discounts for large groups? Please call 563-568-6134. Discounts are given at the discretion of management.
--Am I allowed to bring in my own food or beverages? Outside food, candy and beverages are prohibited in the theater unless you have permission from management.
--Do you serve beer? Yes!
--Are children allowed in the theater? Of course! We are a family establishment, showing mostly family movies and offering a kid-friendly dining experience as well. But we ask you to keep in mind that other patrons would like to enjoy their viewing experience. Please keep your kids from hanging or playing on the railings for the safety of your kids and in consideration of other diners. Children and families disrupting the experience of others will be asked to leave. Please also keep in mind we occasionally show movies that are not rated as appropriate for children of any age.
--Can I buy a gift certificate? Buy a gift certificate for any dollar amount. Gift certificates are a perfect way to say “Happy Birthday”, “Congratulations”, “Thank You” or “Job Well Done”!
