Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Tidwell, who celebrated their beautiful day with us this past Saturday! 💍✨

The afternoon began with a lovely 2:30pm ceremony in Ballroom A, creating the perfect setting for “I do.” Guests then enjoyed a cocktail hour featuring a delicious cheese & sausage display, sliced fruit, Southwest pinwheels, and a beer, wine, and soda package.

Dinner followed with side salad & plated selections that included:
🥩 NY Strip – Grilled 10oz NY Strip Steak topped with wild mushroom demi-glace, served with Yukon garlic mashed potatoes & seasonal vegetables
🍗 Queen Anne Chicken – Asparagus and Boursin cheese stuffed chicken breast topped with smoked Gouda cream sauce, served with roasted red potatoes & seasonal vegetables
🍝 Pasta Primavera – Sautéed seasonal vegetables tossed with penne pasta in a Parmesan cream sauce
🍗 Children’s Meal – Chicken strips and tater tots with an applesauce cup

For dessert, guests enjoyed cake from Sam's Club, mini cheesecake bites from Tundra Lodge Resort, and a s’mores bar later in the evening from Tundra Lodge. Late-night pizza snacks kept the celebration going!
