Well... we are sick of waiting!

After months of planning, painting, building, shopping, second-guessing, Craft Bar is opening this Saturday!

We'll be open 1:00–7:00 PM on Saturday, August 1.

If you've been following along, thank you. Your encouragement, ideas, shares, and excitement have meant so much. It's been a lot of work, but seeing it all come together has been pretty incredible.

Whether you stop in to make a bracelet, paint something, create a gift, or just come check out the space and say hi, we'd love to see you.

For those who craft, you probably know the term WIP. Well, this is our ultimate Work In Progress! We know there will still be little things to tweak over the next few weeks, but we are done waiting for "perfect." It's time to open the doors and start creating, but please give a little grace as we work out the kinks and the flow!

Craft Bar is looking for friendly, dependable team members to help support our new DIY creative studio in downtown Waukesha.

Our Creative Studio Associates help welcome guests, assist with projects, restock supplies, reset workstations, support parties, and keep the studio clean, organized, and fun.

This is a great fit for high school or college students who enjoy art, crafting, events, and working with people.

Position details:
📍 Downtown Waukesha
⏰ Part-time, with evening and weekend availability preferred
💵 Starting at $12/hour

🎨 WE’RE HIRING: Studio Managers / Creative Leads

Craft Bar is opening in downtown Waukesha, and we’re looking for 2–3 creative, dependable people to help lead the studio.

This is more than a typical retail job. Our Studio Managers / Creative Leads will help:
✨ Lead open studio shifts
✨ Welcome and assist guests
✨ Guide customers through creative projects
✨ Open and close the studio
✨ Operate the register and handle basic cash responsibilities
✨ Supervise and support younger team members
✨ Keep our craft bars stocked, organized, and ready for guests
✨ Assist with parties and special events

This could be a great fit for a college student, recent graduate, artist, designer, art education student, creative entrepreneur, or experienced retail or hospitality leader.

Position details:
📍 Downtown Waukesha
⏰ Part-time, with evening and weekend availability needed
💵 Starting at $18/hour
🎓 Teaching occasional classes is optional, not required

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, confident taking initiative, and comfortable being the leader on shift.
