🎭☀️ SUMMER AT WCT ACADEMY! ☀️🎭

Just look at these faces! ❤️ Our June and August theatre camps were filled with creativity, laughter, music, movement, and a whole lot of imagination.

From ages 4 to 18, our Academy students came together to create something pretty amazing—a showcase filled with music, dance, comedy, and improv! 🎶💃😂🎤

But theatre camp is about so much more than putting on a show. Along the way, our students learn to:

✨ Work as a team
✨ Listen and communicate
✨ Think creatively and improvise
✨ Build confidence
✨ Support one another
✨ Take risks and try something new
✨ And most importantly… have fun!

Different ages. Different personalities. Different experiences. One stage. One team. One unforgettable summer.

We’re so proud of everything these young performers created—and even more proud of the people they’re becoming. 🌟

🎶 A Rock ‘n’ Roll Tribute from Elvis to The Beatles featuring The Neverly Brothers takes you on a guided musical tour from 1955 to 1965—from the birth of American rock ‘n’ roll to the explosion of the British Invasion.

Expect vintage style, stories behind the songs, plenty of energy, and some seriously great music—including hits from Jerry Lee Lewis, Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, and more! 🎤🎸

🎭 MEET MORE OF THE CAST OF MOON OVER BUFFALO! 🌙

We’re continuing our introductions to the fabulous cast bringing Ken Ludwig’s hilarious farce to the WCT stage! Today, meet Tanya Tranberg as Charlotte and Lisa Bransdorf as Roz!

✨ TANYA TRANBERG — CHARLOTTE
Tanya is thrilled to be back at Waukesha Civic Theatre, where she has previously appeared in Calendar Girls, Perfect Wedding, Lend Me a Tenor, and Leading Ladies. When she’s not teaching, slinging frozen cocktails for the Brewers, or walking her dog, you can find her auditioning for all the farces! 😂

Tanya sends a huge thank-you to Cole, DJ, and the entire cast and crew for making this experience so much fun. Her advice? Sit back, enjoy the chaos, and let the farce commence!

✨ LISA BRANSDORF — ROZ
Lisa is over the moon to be making Moon Over Buffalo her WCT debut! 🌙 Her favorite previous credits include Catherine in The Foreigner, Julia in Two Gentlemen of Verona, and Trisha in Five Women Wearing the Same Dress.

Over the last few years, Lisa has enjoyed learning improv from the best at ComedySportz MKE. She’s also grateful to be part of the long-form comedy team Unsponsored Content and a fabulous sketch writing group.

Lisa sends her thanks to the cast and crew for their support and dedication—and a very special thank-you to her kids, who remind her that life would be boring without art and imagination. ❤️
