A few more highlights of the 8th Annual PRCA Extreme Bares & Broncs included recognizing all Farmers and Ranchers across McKenzie County on Friday and all the Oilfield Workers across the Bakken on Saturday. 🌾 ⛽️
We also gave away a free 4-wheeler, auctioned off the rodeo clowns' jerseys each night, and Jesse Pope's shirt, which he donated off his back, (Thank You Jesse) to raise money to help a couple of local families. 🤍
Thank you to everyone who participated, and thank you to Stan, Kamry and Riley Headings, the three hardest-working people behind the scenes and the glue that holds all the pieces together! 💪🏼

Short Go #2 was RANK in Watford City! 🧨
In the Barebacks Jesse Pope & 813 Lunatic Heaven set the arena record with a 93 Point ride 🔥
In the Saddle Broncs Kolby Wanchuk & 652 Angel Cat set another arena record with a 91!

Long Go winners made a mark as well with Mason Stuller matching up with Ice Pick of Brookmans with an 89 in the Barebacks and Q Taylor matching up with Harry Rocks of Three Hills with an 88 in the Saddle Broncs ⚡️

PRCA Extreme Bares & Broncs | March 27 & 28, 2026

Each night of the rodeo, we will pause the action for a live auction of the rodeo clown’s jersey, with all proceeds going directly to families in our community who are in need.

📆Friday Night
We will be supporting Kriss Hollis, a Watford City local who is currently facing her third battle with cancer and is now fighting stage 4. Through it all, Kriss and her family have shown incredible strength and resilience as they continue this fight together.

📆Saturday Night
We will be supporting the family of Travis Jerome Linseth. Travis was known for his big heart, his love for the outdoors, and especially his love for his children. He was the kind of person who showed up for others without hesitation. Following his passing, his children’s mother, Kisa Wilson, is now navigating the challenges of raising their kids on her own.

Two nights of rodeo, and two opportunities to come together as a community and make a difference.
