Sarah Tompkins, a dedicated paramedic and community leader, was severely injured in the recent explosion at the Robbins Lumber Mill in Searsmont, Maine. She faces a long road to recovery, with months of hospitalization, rehab, and ongoing care ahead. Your support can help cover her medical expenses, travel, lodging, and lost income during this difficult time.

This fundraiser has already reached over 50% of its goal, thanks to many generous supporters. Every contribution makes a difference, and sharing this with others can help us reach even more people who want to help.

Please consider sharing or donating if you can—your support means the world to Sarah and her family. Thank you for keeping her in your thoughts and prayers during this challenging time. 💙🙏

Sarah Tompkins of Fine Line Farm is not only an amazing farmer and market vendor, she is also a first responder and Chief of Searsmont Rescue. On May 15, she was severely injured in the Robbins Lumber Mill explosion while helping others. She faces a long, expensive recovery, and her family and farm crew will need all the support we can muster.

Sarah is a selfless, hardworking farmer and community member. Let’s show up for her - please share and consider a donation of any amount if you’re able:

Although spring is here, it’s never too early or too late to do some winter knitting. Making these cowls is such a delight, and deciding the color combos is so fun. 😊 More to come!
