We sincerely apologize for any frustration or disappointment these changes may cause for both our artists and our fans.
We want everyone to understand that these adjustments are being made now to ensure the best possible experience for everyone involved. Rather than waiting until we are closer to the event and risking scheduling conflicts, budget limitations, or other challenges, we feel it is best to make these changes early so no one is left disappointed at the last minute.
Like many independent community festivals, Party at the Plaza began as a project funded largely out of pocket. While we're proud to invest in bringing this event to our community, independent events can face unexpected challenges when personal life circumstances and financial realities arise. We believe being transparent and making necessary adjustments now is the most responsible way to ensure the event remains successful for everyone involved.
Again, we deeply apologize for the changes to the show and appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support. Our goal remains the same: to deliver the best event possible for our community, artists, and attendees.
An updated flyer reflecting these changes will be released soon. Please keep an eye on our page for the latest announcements and event information.
Thank you for standing with us, and we look forward to seeing you at Party at the Plaza on August 8th.
