🧡 It takes a community to create a weekend like this.
As Cookin' on Kampeska comes to a close, we're reminded that events like this don't happen because of one person, one business, or one organization.
They happen because an entire community shows up.
To our sponsors—thank you for believing in this event and investing in experiences that bring our community together.
To our volunteers—thank you for the early mornings, late nights, heavy lifting, smiling faces, and countless hours behind the scenes. Most people never see everything you do, but this weekend wouldn't happen without you.
To our vendors, entertainers, musicians, food vendors, community partners, judges, demonstrators, and everyone who shared their talents—thank you for making this year's festival one to remember.
And to every family, every friend group, every kid covered in foam, every person who danced in front of the stage, every shopper, every bean bag competitor, every runner, every grill master, and every single person who chose to spend part of their weekend with us...
Thank you.
You didn't just attend Cookin' on Kampeska.
You made Cookin' on Kampeska.
We'll spend the next few days cleaning up the park, catching our breath, and already talking about ideas for next year.
The stage will come down. The tents will disappear. The park will get quiet again. But the memories we made together will last long after the music fades.
Until then... Thank you, Watertown, for another unforgettable weekend at Lake Kampeska.
We'll see you in 2027. 🧡
