🎃 PUMPKINFEST VENDOR SPACES ARE SOLD OUT! 🎃

Wow—our PumpkinFest vendor spaces are officially SOLD OUT (actually since July 20th)! We are so excited to have such an amazing variety of vendors joining us this year! 🍂🧡

From fall and holiday crafts to home décor, crystals, boutique clothing, pet supplies, ceramics, woodworking, jewelry, candles, personalized tumblers, honey, baby items—and so much more—there will be something for everyone to discover!

Missed out on a spot? We do have a waitlist! We typically have a few vendors who are unable to attend at the last minute, and those spaces will be offered to vendors on the waitlist.

📋 The waitlist will be first come, first served, based on when we receive your completed registration form and payment. Checks will not be cashed unless and until you are given a vendor space.

We can't wait to see all of our vendors and shoppers at PumpkinFest 2026! 🎃🍁🛍️

🎃🏃‍♀️ IT’S BACK! The PumpkinFest 5K is officially open for registration! 🏃‍♂️🎃

After a one-year break, we are SO excited to bring the PumpkinFest 5K back! For the past 22 years, the Waterloo Optimist Club has hosted a 5K event, and we’re excited to announce that they are now partnering with PumpkinFest to make the 5K part of the festivities for years to come!

Registration is NOW OPEN! Grab your friends, family and running buddies and join us for this fun Waterloo tradition!

WOW!!! Vendor registration has only been open a WEEK and we have 90 vendors registered! If you would like to be a vendor at this year's PumpkinFest, we suggest you get your form in quickly!! At this rate, we will sell out of spaces in no time!

2026 Vendor Registration will open next Monday - April 27th!! Past vendors will get an email with this year's form, so keep a look out in your inbox! The Registration form will also be available on our website at
