This week, we were thrilled to dedicate one of our longtime artist residences, located at 321 Pequot Avenue, as the Nancy Prentis Hoffman Cottage!

The cottage was named in honor of Nancy Prentis Hoffman following a generous gift from Nancy and her husband, Jeffrey Hoffman, to support critical restoration efforts at the property, including significant upgrades to the historic residence and the refinishing of its iconic porch and balcony.

“The O’Neill is a place where artists are given the freedom and support to create bold new work, and I am deeply honored to help preserve a space that has welcomed and nurtured so many creative voices over the years,” said Nancy Prentis Hoffman. “Supporting the arts means supporting the people who create them, and it is my hope that the Nancy Prentis Hoffman Cottage continues to serve as a home for the artists the O’Neill champions.”
