Floating down the River of Lights at Dac Rowe field as so many lanterns wriggle in the wind like fishies determined to swim upstream! Every one tells the story of a child in 2020.

From this great overlook it was easy to count cars.
24 every three minutes! 720 cars just from 5 to 6:30 at this one site!

Jen, Heather and volunteers designed the porch of Red Hen at Camp Mead in Middlesex with lanterns from Rumney & Moretown schools. There were some old favorite mixed into this new energy!!

At Waitsfield Elementary Alex, Sarah Lee and dedicated crew hung detailed lanterns beautifully lining their parking lot.

At Dac Rowe TBPS lanterns were hung by class on double rows of string, lining each side of the driveway.

Artists brought large lanterns made in previous years and folks intalled them throughout the campus.

Setting up the expanded River of Lights at Crossett Brook Middle School in Duxbury yesterday. Harwood's own National Honor Society team installed individual lights and hung lanterns while inside CBMS staff volunteers assembled vellum cylindrical lanterns.

MakerSphere Waterbury We are installing the hanging system for lantern hanging at Dac Rowe today. SOoooooo excited!

Today's middleschoolers designed and created very special lanterns for Saturday's River of Light Event 2020!
For the first time 200+ lanterns will hang at CBMS. It is such a pretty setting with the long driveway. Thanks MakerSphere Waterbury for supporting this annual community celebration!
