✨ Artist Spotlight: Stephanie Chamberlin / Washougal Community Art Group ✨

The 2026 Washougal Arts and Music Festival is proud to welcome the talented artists Stephanie Chamberlin and Washougal Community Art Group from the Washougal Community Center!

This special booth will showcase the work of multiple local senior artists working in a wide variety of mediums, including bonsai, woodworking, watercolor and oil painting, handmade cards, gift bags, painted rocks, fused glass, and much more.

What makes this group even more inspiring is their commitment to giving back to the community. Participating artists will donate 25% to 100% of their sales proceeds to local Meals on Wheels programs.

Be sure to stop by their booth to meet the artists, browse their creations, and pick up one of the many free painted rocks they’ll be sharing with festival visitors!

The 2026 Washougal Arts and Music Festival is excited to welcome lapidary artist Richard Britschgi, whose remarkable sculptures reveal the beauty and life hidden within stone.

Richard transforms rocks and minerals into stunning representations of birds, insects, animals, fungi, and other wonders of nature. Each piece begins with a vision inspired by the colors, patterns, and shapes found within the stone itself, then comes to life through careful cutting, shaping, grinding, and polishing.

The Washougal Arts and Culture Alliance is proud to present the 10th Annual Washougal Arts and Music Festival on Saturday, August 1, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Reflection Plaza in downtown Washougal.

This year’s poster celebrates the artists whose artwork has appeared on festival posters throughout the past ten years: Liz Pike, Cyndee Star, Wilson Cady, Travis London, Suzanne Grover, Anni Furness, Tamara Dinius, Shirley Bishop, Sandy Moore, and Sharon Agnor.

Join us for a day filled with:
