The Washougal Arts & Culture Alliance is thrilled to announce that artist Michelle Wright has generously donated a beautiful matched set for our 2026 Silent Auction.

🖼️ Midnight Tide is a framed resin panel measuring 14" x 25", paired with the coordinating handcrafted resin serving tray shown in the photo. The framed panel and serving tray will be auctioned together as one package. Rich sapphire waters meet a foaming shoreline in this aerial ocean scene. Layers of translucent resin, intricate wave lacing and textured surf capture the movement and beauty of the Pacific coast.

🎨🌿 Artist Spotlight: Hiroko Stumpf 🌿🎨

Discover the beautiful watercolor artwork of Hiroko Stumpf at the 2026 Washougal Arts & Music Festival!

What began as a curiosity seven years ago has grown into a true passion. Hiroko's watercolor paintings are inspired by the beauty of nature, capturing the colors, textures, and peaceful moments found in the world around us. She enjoys experimenting with a variety of art materials and techniques, allowing each piece to express her creativity in a unique way.

One of Hiroko's favorite parts of being an artist is connecting with others. She loves talking about art and sharing her creative journey with the people she meets.

🐾 Honoring Molly Coston🐾

Molly Coston, former Mayor of Washougal and past president of the Washougal Arts and Culture Alliance (WACA), believed that a caring community extends to all its residents.

Molly adopted Ellie from the West Columbia Gorge Humane Society. West Columbia Gorge Humane Society

This fall, WACA will honor Molly's remarkable legacy with the installation of a bronze cat sculpture in the Molly Coston Community Garden. A lasting tribute to her kindness, her love of animals, and her unwavering dedication to our community.

🎨🦙 Artist Spotlight: LesleyAnne Ezelle | Moonview Alpaca Farm 🦙🎨

Meet LesleyAnne Ezelle, the artist and alpaca farmer behind Moonview Alpaca Farm in Camas, Washington!

Working with both alpaca fiber and clay, LesleyAnne transforms the fleece from her own herd into handcrafted rugs, scarves, felted goods, and other fiber creations. As a ceramic handbuilder, she creates whimsical, functional pieces with rich textures and glazes that are meant to be enjoyed every day.

Her work celebrates the beauty of natural materials, while reflecting her commitment to using every bit of fiber from her alpacas in sustainable, one-of-a-kind creations.
