As she said in her post, “Two incredible performances this weekend by the talented 8th through 12th grade students who took the stage for Disney’s High School Musical at the Macomb Center for the Performing Arts! In just two weeks, these young performers went from auditions to a full-scale production, learning acting, singing, choreography, and stagecraft under the guidance of the talented team from All The World’s A Stage. Their hard work, dedication, and confidence shined in every scene, proving what can be accomplished through teamwork, creativity, and a passion for the performing arts. For more than 40 years, the Macomb Center has provided outstanding arts education opportunities for students throughout Macomb County. Programs like the Summer Musical Theatre Workshop give young people the chance to develop their talents, build lasting friendships, and experience the excitement of performing on a professional stage. Congratulations to every student, instructor, volunteer, and family member who helped make this production such a success.
