Running a guest lodge in New Zealand is a far cry from how life used to be in Munich, Germany, for Fran and Daniel Huelsmeyer.

But marketing consultant Fran and lawyer Daniel wouldn't trade their new life.

The couple, both born in Germany, had been friends since university days. Fran moved for a time to Vienna to study journalism before returning to Munich to work in marketing for fashion brands and technology companies, while Daniel was working his way up in the legal profession.

A German couple traded in their careers to run a Kiwi lodge, and transformed their family life.

Florida- and New York–based garden designer who has created celebrated landscapes for museums and hotels, as well as private clients, had long been curious about an overgrown estate on Palm Beach’s South Lake Trail. “I’d peer through the gate and see piles of dead leaves. It looked completely wild,” he tells T&C.

Two years ago he was hired to bring the property back to its former glory. The garden and accompanying Adam-style house, built in 1938, is considered one of the finest designs by the late, legendary South Florida architect John L. Volk. The grounds are laid out on a clear axis in the formal English garden tradition—a style that matches Wong’s own pared-down, classical aesthetic. “Note that even the swimming pool is located on the center line, and the chevron shape was used to make it look like a formal garden’s reflecting pool,” he says.

Another day, another eye-popping new Instagram post from Dasha Mart. The Russian model shows off her phenomenal figure in scanty ensembles on the social media platform on almost a daily basis, and continued the trend on Friday, January 29.

Taking to her account just moments ago, Dasha sent temperatures soaring with a series of three snaps that saw her looking bronzed and beautiful in a teeny mint green bikini from Oh Polly that popped against her deep tan. The scanty two-piece included a halter-style top with extra thin straps that were knotted tightly behind her neck, leaving her toned arms and shoulders bare for her audience to admire. It had a plunging neckline and tiny triangle cups that showed off her voluptuous cleavage, while its tight band helped to accentuate her slender frame.

The matching bottoms were just as risque, showing off her killer curves and shapely thighs thanks to its daringly high-cut design. The swimwear also featured a thin waistband that fit snugly around her hips, further accentuating her tiny waist and hourglass silhouette.
