If you're spending part of your weekend getting ready for the school year, remember this: your classroom doesn't have to be perfect on day one.

Your students won't remember whether every bulletin board was flawless, they'll remember how welcome you made them feel.

Focus on building relationships first. The decorations and little details can always come later. ❤️

I hope you find a little time this weekend to recharge, too. You've earned it.
