I still think Black Ops 1 and Black Ops 2 are the best CoD Zombie games.

Followed hy Black Ops 3 but thats because the maps from BO1/BO2 are on it also.

06/23/2026

Im a bit disappointed that the Black Ops 1/Black Ops 2 PS5 ports are indeed just that, ports.

It would've been a remarkable time to remaster both of them, and have them both for £80 combined with all DLCs instead of £40 each and £10 a DLC meaning they already are stopping people matchmaking together at launch.

XBOX/PC players don't even get much, just a price update, nothing for already having the game and no incentive to buy it considering the games are 16 and 14 years old.

Its a shame and with G
CoD's current state you'd think they would rethink their strategy.

Microsoft are considering selling XBOX

I dont really know why

06/09/2026

I think all the games shown at the XBOX showcase being on Gamepass is pretty cool.

06/09/2026

My thoughts on the XBOX Games Showcase 2026 reveals:

Gears of War E-DAY: Looks pretty good and reminds me of the classic Gears, which is good meaning the didnt change anything too much, but i was never the biggest fan of the franchise, i did enjoy it but not like head over heels loving it, so yeah this does look good. 6/10.

FABLE: Looks really good and im very excited for this game, especially the multiple romances you can do! the trailer only solidified my excitement for the game and i think i'll pre order it when i have more money. gutted it got delayed though. 8/10.

HALO Campaign Evolved: Looks good and because of the pattern theres probably a new Halo coming out, so this one can get non-players into the series, and i havent played Halo in like 15+ years so i can retry it and see if i still like it, and actually know what im doing kind of. 6/10.

RESONANCE A PLAGUE TALE LEGACY: Looks really good and the combat looks class, but ive never played this series before so i wouldn't know what to expect, but i am quite looking forward to this game, even if its just watching content of it. 7/10.

P4R Persona4 REVIVAL: Dont like the series and im not a fan of anime games mostly, so i wont be trying this one out, but im sure fans of the series are super excited and hyped, but i wont be there playing it probably ever. 1/10.

STATE OF DECAY 3: Looks very good and im a huge fan of zombie games so i will be trying this out, probably preordering it if i have the spare cash, it really does look very good, it looks clean and well made as well, im just hoping its not another trailer overhype. 9/10.

SEA OF Thieves Custom Seas 2.0: The trailer makes it look better than it is, because when i saw gameplay and streams, it looked average, same with all my mates who tried it outs opinions, which is a shame but yeah this isn't going to bring me to the game. 3/10.

METRO 2039: The gunplay looks great and the graphics look good too, ive just never played a METRO game so i wouldnt know what to expect, but this makes me kind of want to go back and play a previous entry in hype. 7/10.

BAD MAGPIE: Looks like a cozy game but im getting bored of those, i dont think i'll play this but im sure it would have a good story. 3/10.

WOLONG 2 Wings Of Ember: I like the look of it and would enjoy watching streams of it but i just dont think it's my kind of game to play, i could be wrong though and am willing to give it a chance, but im not expecting anything which forces me into loving the genre. 5/10.

JOIN US: Looks like it could be really good and reminds me of Far Cry a bit, i dont think this is a pre order but defo a game ill buy on sale, it really does look decent and im sure it'll be fun af. 7/10.

SENUA: Looks really good and im excited to play it eventually, i dont know if ill pre order it, but ill for sure play it, but i havent played any other in the series yet so i might have to. 7/10.

FALLOUT 76 INFESTATION: Looks alright but doesnt bring me back to the game. i played it before and it just wasnt that fun form me, it wasn't terrible but nowhere near as good as Fallout 4, and yeah probably not playing it again. 4/10.

DOOM THE DARKAGES Revlations: I do like DOOM and this still makes it look good, but i dont think i'll play it for a bit, i have other priorities rn, but i will try it eventually. 6/10.

CRAZY TAXI World Tour: Looks ok and i played the OG when i was like 4, so a long waited game for fans of it, but i dont think i'll spam play it really, i think after bout 1 hour i'll get bored, and its has AI in development so that knocks it down too. 4/10.

AGE OF EMPIRES IV Raiders of the North Expansion: I'm sure it looks good if youre a fan of the game or city builders/RTS in general, but im really not except a few outliers, so i dont think i'll play this, but yeah good on you if you do. 2/10.

MINECRAFT DUNGEONS 2: Never played the first one and this doesn't look like something i'd enjoy tbh, tho i bet its an easy 100%/platinum, so for that sake i might play it, but probably not. 1/10.

MAGICANS THE DEVILS DEAL: Looks ok but i bet it'll be more fun to watch than play, it just does not draw me in, and the trailer took a while to show me what the game actually is so meh. 5/10.

VALOR MORTIS: Looks ok but i think i wouldnt play it much, though it does look like it could be fun just more so, watching rather than playing it. 5/10.

THE Elder Scrolls Online The Thieves Guild: Looks ok and the trailer made it look fun, but not enough to draw me into the game, because i played it before and i didnt really like it, so sorry but its a miss. 2/10.

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024: Looks good graphically but i dont know why i would play this game, i dont really care for aircraft and flying, so im going to give it a miss, though i bet you'll love it if you enjoy flying/the game series. 0/10.

WHERE WINDS MEET HIDDEN MOUNTAIN: Looks good and shows me why i should play the game, and ive been meaning to, i just havent yet, but it does look decent and i bet it'll be fun! 6/10.

CastleVania Bealmounts Curse: Not a fan of the series but i know people are, i just dont like the seires or the camera angle mostly, but im sure it hype for a lot of people, just not me. 0/10.

Vivarium: Looks like it could be a good story game, but i dont really like it, the art style/series isn't for me and i never felt like i wanted to play it watching the trailer. 0/10.

p6 Persona 6: Not a fan of anime games like i've said before, and this one doesn't look it it'll be fun to me unfortunately, but i have a mate that'll love this, but he isnt me so bad score, sorry. and the trailer didnt give much 0/10.

Spyro A Realm Byond: I like this series and it still looks very good, im very excited to play this and most likely wait till its on sale though, i dont have the money to pre order yet, but i may do i dont know, very eager to play this though. 8/10.

Clockwork Revolution: Looks decent but not good enough for me to preorder or buy off sale, it reminds me a lot od Bioshock for some reason and i do quite like the look of it, i might even 100% in the future. 6/10.

Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 4: Looks ok but i know how CoD is now, they cater to people who arent me and even though they say they wont, they will, because it gets them money, don't think i'll buy it but i may play it i dunno, but i do like DMZ. 4/10.

Final score: 122/280 (4.3/10)

Some really good games, some avergae ones, but a lot of games i wont enjoy. i will probably pre order a few too.

06/08/2026

My thoughts on 2026's Summer Game Fest reveals:

Resident Evil Veronica: It looks very good graphically and just like people across the internet, i am hyped for it, i'll defo be getting it though probably not as a pre order unless i have spare money, maybe on sale, but im very excited to play this and i've only heard positive things about the remake. 9/10.

(Untitled) Cuphead: I'm not excited at all, Cuphead isn't my thing but i suppose it could be cool to see streamers rage again lol. 1/10.

Mighty Cuphead Adventure: The art style is retro and cool-ish looking but the whole retro style has really been overplayed nowadays, tons of games come out with it and it's a big boring now, and its also Cuphead, which like i said before isn't my type of game. 1/10.

Alien Isolation 2: I love the look of it and i'll be excited to watch content creators get scared, but i wont play it because im not a horror fan game, but it does look good, and a very hype sequel id play if i was into pure horror. 4/10.

Gen ATLAS: It looks really decent and is helped in production by someone whos helped tons of great story games, so im looking forward to seeing how this one turns out, and yeah giant robots is always pretty cool with the head slicing mechanic, i'll probably play it sometime in the future, but i doubt i'll preorder it or get it off-sale. 6/10.

Blood Message: I'm sure there's lots of fans hyped for this, but to me it looks like it could end up playing like a soulslike, and that just isn't for me, though graphics look good and I have a mate that'll be hyped for it so yeah. 4/10.

Stranger Than Heaven: Looks like a Yakuza (game series) vibe which i suppose could be cool, but what is really the point of Snoop Dogg and Tupac in it? i dont like when games feel like they're forcing celebrities in it for clout, but it looks semi-decent i suppose. 4/10.

10 Dead by Daylight: The trailer looks like it'll be a great horror game but when i played it, it was meh, just a bunch of nothing to please me really, and i played with a best mate so it isn't cause of solo play, just didnt really interest me, and the trailer makes it look a lot different to gameplay. 1/10.

Mortal Shell II: I didnt really like the first one, but with some research i can see people seem to think the sequel is an improvement, though it is a soulslike and i cannot be bothered with them, it's like every game has to do it or it isnt an action rpg, but yeah improvement i guess. 2/10.

Sand Raiders Of Sophie: Looks decent like a sandy Crossout, and i may play it, but i feel like it's one of those games where the trailer overhypes and the game turns out average, or fun for only like an hour before it gets mega boring, but im probably wrong, though it does look fun to me as i like extraction shooters. 5/10.

Assassins Creed Black Flag Resynced: I heard it's one of the best ACs and the trailer looks good, but i dont trust Ubisoft, knowing they have done a bunch of stupid s**t to it, reported over the last few months and made it more RPG, and i loved the RPG ACs, just not when you have to redo the whole game to make it that way, just update the OG with better controls and graphics, dont change core stuff like the Hidden Blade being an ability. 5/10.

TMNT The Last Ronin: God of War like TMNT game which looks actually half decent, but im not a fan of TMNT so i dont know if ill buy this, i dont know anything about the lore of the IP either so, this could be a gateway though idk. 5/10.

Fortnite Runners: Looks ok but could only go wrong really, teammates suck and playing solo on Battle Royales suck, so im not exactly hyped for this, even though its the next big season, i dont really care tbh. 2/10.

Fortnite Shattered: I dont know why you'd f**k over your fanbase/workers just to ''pay the bills'' and blow money on possibly the most expensive/big name actor you could, it's scummy, and it left a horrible taste in my mouth so f**k em. 0/10.

Gundam Rouge Orbit: Looks decent and all but thats what a trailer is meant to do yk, i played some other games in this IP and it was meh, so im not expecting the world, though i do like robots and think it looks good still. 4/10.

CrossFire: Looks very good and i think it's going to be a preorder from me, if its not too expensive that it, but it does look really good and has nice mechanics, also the lady lead is cute so i'm a sucker for cute ladies, Naught Dog developers are normally class, but Infinity Ward devs can be a bit meh, overall it looks very good! 9/10.

Control Resonant: Looks good and it's a series no one i see dislikes, but i personally haven't played any of it, though i might cause it looks good, but is it good enough to play on a few trailers? idk. 6/10.

Guild Wars 3: Looks like it could be really good, but i havent played 1 or 2, it doesn't look like a game i would jump at the chance to get, but if its on PS Plus i'll try it and probably like it. 5/10.

Star Wars Galactic Racers: Not a chance im playing it, let alone buying it, im still annoyed they made the NFS devs work on this, so im salty, and its Star Wars, i dont really like Star Wars. 0/10.

Ends Of ABYSS: Looks ok but i just dont vibe with the camera angle, that wont stop me looking into it more though as it does looks like it will be a nervous fun time of a game, but i'll wait till its on a decent sale. 4/10.

Virtual Fighter Crossroads: Doesn't look like it'll be my game as most fighting game i dont really like, but i can still appreciate them in a gamer sort of sense, i just dont want to play it, so i wont. 2/10.

RuneScape DragonWilds: Looks good and i think i'll enjoy it when i play it, i played a bit of RuneScape back in the day, and on my phone but this feels like its a new level, and it's day 1 PlayStation Plus which is always a good thing. 7/10.

Soulframe Preludes: Looks good but i think it'll be in the book of 'games that people love but i think are average', it does look good and for sure will be a difficult platinum judging off the trailer, and i have mates that'll enjoy it too. 3/10.

Grounded 2 Into the Abyss: Looks good and i enjoyed Grounded 1, but i think it'll be a more of a sale buy for me rather than a pre-order, but im sure i'll enjoy this game too! 6/10.

MAFIA The Old Country Man of Honor: I haven't played M-TOC yet and i probably never will, but it looks alright i suppose, just never really wanted to play MAFIA games i guess, and a story expansion i'd probably have to play extra for isn't sweetening the deal. 4/10.

Lords Of The Fallen 2: Looks good but i didnt like LotF1 but this is defo an upgrade probably, and the devs said the charcaters wont be ugly, so im swayed to eventually get it. 5/10.

Star Wars Zero Company: Dont like Star Wars and i dont really want to play another game like this, where its like a point and click RTS game, but im sure if you are into any of the two things i just mentioned, you'll probably like this, but.... I dont. 1/10.

The Blood Of DawnWalker: Looks good and i bet it'll be really fun, but i would rather wait to see gameplay before i purchase, but i'll probably purchase on sale. 6/10.

007 First Light New story Mission: Didn't really give much to go on, but i heard the game is good so i'll probably try it soon. 5/10.

Gothic Remake: Looks ok, but ive only heard negative things about the dev team and the game itself so i think ill give this one a pass tbh. 2/10.

Wuthering Waves + Cyberpunk: I like Cyberpunk, i dont like WuWa, i just didn't enjoy it when i played it, so i wont be playing it again. 2/10.

Monster Hunter Wilds Ascendance: Looks good and worth a try, but i never really got into Monster Hunter games, though not because of a lack of trying, i just never clicked with them, this may be the changer, it may not, but eventually i'll get it. 5/10.

Swords Of Legends: Yet another game that looks good but isn't a genre i can wholeheartedly enjoy more of, its a shame too cause they look good but i cant do it. 4/10.

HotWheels Infinite Rush: I love Hot Wheels and this looks to be open world, which is always good for a racing game, but i dont think i'll buy it for a while because it just doesn't make me terribly excited, which is a shame. 5/10.

Attack On Titan 3: Not a fan of AoT but i know people are, the game looks ok but im not looking forward to it at all, and i most likely will not get it, unless it hits a subscription service. 0/10.

Clutch: Looks to be a story driven racing game, which is somewhat different and the game does look good, so i think i'll end up buying it, probably on sale, or after i've seen gameplay but it's tempting. 7/10.

Sonic Crossworlds DLC (year 2): I never really like SC but i do like Sonic so that's something, but its a bit weird theyre adding Godzilla and stuff, i dont think i'll buy it. 2/10.

Chronicles Medieval: Looks like it can be fun and reminds me of Bannerlord which i enjoyed, so hopefully this one is just as good if not better, id have to wait and see before i buy it though. 6/10.

Sea Of Remnants: Looks like it's trying to be quirky for quirky sake and that spoils it for me, but the main premise of a free open world ocean RPG is pretty good so i'll probably give that a go cause im not losing anything but time, probably. 3/10.

Hitman World Of Assassination: Looks pretty good, but once again it's like its forcing celebrities down your throat, which i dont like but i do like Hitman so i might play it, also it's free to play apparently. 5/10.

PalWorld 1.0: Looks good but the hype wore off for me and i never purchased it, seems like the same thing happened with a lot of people sadly, but yeah it does look a good game and i'll buy it one day, probably on a hefty sale. 5/10.

The Wolf Among Us 2: Looks good and i can see the hype, but i never played the first one and ntohing is really making me want to play this one either, i dont really get bad FOMO so i think i'd rather watch this than play it. 5/10.

The Wolf Among Us Remastered: It's brought back from the dead, so if i wanted to get into the series i can! but like i just said it looks good but i'd rather watch it online. 5/10.

Street Fighter 6: Not really a fan of fighter games like i've said, and FF isn't my thing either so mixing the two is a no-bueno for me, i wouldnt have played it anyways if it was anything else either. 1/10.

Final Fantasy VII Revelation: Still not a fan of FF even though it's been about 1 minute since i started this section of this post, and im gutted this was the big reveal, however i can see why people like it and hopefully it'll actually be the end of the story, but FF makes money so who knows? 0/10.

HAEX: It actually looks good and i think i'll play this one and enjoy it, though its not worthy of a pre-order unless it's decently priced, i do like guns and it gives a sort of mini-horror vibe where you do stuff and panic, but i'll play it with friends. 7/10.

An Egg Stremely Hard Game: I can already tell that if i play it my controller will go through the screen and thats not good for my stress levels, but i know for a fact my mates can't play it lol, though i will look forward to people online posting videos of it. 4/10.

Last Harbor: Looks very good and im thinking of pre-ordering it, and im sure my mates will too, it really does look like it will be very fun and different to most co-op stuff. 8/10.

1666 Amsterdam: Looks really good and im sure it'll play well, I think it looks to be a good competitor for something like AC (obviously) and I think i'll try it out, maybe like a demo before I purchase it, or wait to see if its on console in the future. 7/10.

Saw Genesis: Not a fan of the films, or genre or really anything about it, I also don't like the 3v1 aspect it reminds me of what so many horror games based on films try, like DbD or Friday the 13th and im tired of it. 1/10.

Aion 2: Looks ok but with it being a MMORPG theres lots of competition and I don't see this beating most of them, or has a reason to, and its on mobile so that already dwinders stuff to make it actually playable. 2/10.

Sonic Pico Park: Looks good and i'll defo play it cause I know what a laugh this game can be, it sucks that it's not on console but oh well, my mates have gaming pcs anyways so yay! 7/10.

Final score: 209/520 (4/10)

Some really good games, some bang on average games, and some bad games, but hey its not just for me so yeah,
