My thoughts on Gamepass' additions for April (Part 1?):

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard: A fun game, but not exactly my type, I know its scary and all but its just not for me, still a decent game though, I just wont play it. 6/10.

The Long Dark: Looks pretty good and i have heard of it before, just mever played it, i think I watched it and it was good if im remembering it correctly, may even give this one a go but I dont know, heard theres a sequel coming too. 6/10.

Barbie Horse Trails: Not aimed at me nor being played by me. 0/10.

Clair Obscur Expedition 33: A very popular game and won GOTY for 2025 but I saw people weren't very happy and thought it was rigged/corporated in, but i saw tons of others being happy, I personally havent played this game but may give it a try but I just dont think itll gel well with me. 5/10.

Final Fantasy IV: Still dont like FF really but im sure peeps are happy yet another is coming. 1/10.

Final score: 18/50 (3.6/10)

Quite disappointing additions for me personally but overall in the game community theyre pretty good! And I say its April but its the last of March's ganes and the first half of April so yeah.

My thoughts on Gamepass' additions for March:

Final Fantasy III: Not my kind of game but i know FF is very popular, so this might be a huge addition idk, i'll never find out cause it just isn't the series for me, but you're welcome to get excited about it i wont stop ya. 2/10.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: The sequel is on here now following last month's starting game, so that's good, you get to play the whole series so far, the game itself i heard is very good, but i just dont think i'll play it really, i might one day in the future though and i'm sure it'll be great fun, ive heard barely a bad review about the game itself (and a lot of negative about it's romances [mainly about one being a male]) but i dont care about it as long as the game is good, and everything else seems to point in it's favour so. 6/10.

Minishoot' Adventures: Not my thing at all really but im sure a lot of people will like it, just more of a YouTube video for me rather than actually playing the game. 2/10.

EA Sports F1 25: I do like racing games , and F! racing games (just not F! irl) but its a yearly game with an online that'll die as soon as this years game gets announced if it isn't already dead, or dying, i do like racing though if it's anything like the ones i played a year ago, hype was there for this game for a bit but it fell off just as strongly, so probably wont give this a play. 5/10

To a T: Looks decent but i don't think i'll ever play it really, i got too much to play and this game isn't really eyecatching for me, but im sure it has a decent fanbase and it a lovely game when/if i play it. 3/10.

Planet Of Lana 2: I heard the first one was very good and the few reviews i've seen of this one is also positive, but it doesn't really make me want to play it right now, but eventually (maybe) i will, and im sure it'll be good! 4/10.

Construction Simulator: It's a simulator game which normally is in the ballpark so some fun, but almost inherits the 'boredom after an hour' trait, and im not the biggest fan of construction irl, let alone games so i'll give this a miss. 2/10.

Cyberpunk 2077: A very good game, started off bad (everyone knows) but i never had a glitch when i played it within the first year of release somehow, and its only been worked on since, and reput its name into class territory, the ending though wasn't my cup of tea, literally any of the endings, but the story is good, the missions are good, overall gameplay is good, and i like the fact your character creation actually does story stuff (romances) which is uncommon, overall a very good game. 7/10

Hollow Knight: Silksong: Heard nothing but good things about this game, some even going as far as GOTY but after a solid few months i have heard almost nothing since, which sucks cause i believe this game truly is really decent, but just not for me, i'd prefer to watch it rather than play it, though its a cheaper game anyway if you dont have Gamepass. 6/10.

DreamWorks Gabby's Dollhouse: Ready to Party: Not designed for me, so obviously it wont appeal much to me, its a kids game and i am 25 and childless, it does seem like it would be fun if you had kids and all played it though so i can't give it a 0. 1/10.

Nova Roma: I do like city builders for a bit, but after a short while they do get boring, and when they do, they get VERY boring, and stay like that for a while, i also don't really know much about Rome so the lore in-game would almost be wasted on me, but i may give it a go eventually. 3/10.

Final score: 41/110 (3.7/10)

Another ok month but this time with a few very positives thrown in there, but a meh month overall.

03/13/2026

My thoughts on Gamepass' additions for February:

Final Fantasy II: Not my kind of game but im sure a lot of people were excited about this, i know how big FF is anyways, just never could get into it unfortunately, not really excited like at all for this but i'll give it a point for popularity. 2/10.

Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii: Not my type of game but it has it's fans (a lot of 'em) I just never felt the urge to play any of this series, and it just doesn't really appeal to me, so i'll give it a miss, but im sure lots will be happy or at least a bit excited to get it. 3/10.

Madden NFL 26: A yearly sequel game which is soon to die because they all do when the current year does, and its American Football which sucks, so a big L. 0/10

Paw Patrol Rescue Wheels: Championship: Not exactly aimed at me but im sure parents would love to play this with their kids, but i have none so. 2/10.

Relooted: Sounds great on paper! i love heist games! then it slaps you at a side scrolling camera angle, which i just simply dont enjoy in a heist game, or any game that isn't a platformer, but it sounds good and i may play it to see if it changes my opinion on it, but i doubt it'll change it much. 3/10.

BlazBlue Entropy Effect X: Looks alright and from reviews I can see people really enjoy it, but i dont think personally i can get into it as much as is needed to fully enjoy the game, but it looks decent just can't pop on for 30 mins when you're bored. 4/10.

Roadside Research: Looks fun but a game that i'd probably get bored of after like 2 hour and never play again, shop simulators are fun and all, but it does get very boring very quickly, but reviews are positive so, yay? 4/10.

Starsand Island: A cosy game, and i'm a fan of cosy games sometimes, so i may give this one a go, i just hope it isn't exactly the same as say....Every single cosy game about moving to the countryside, still though its a decent formula so i'm sure it'll be half decent at it's worst. 3/10.

High On Life 2: Heard it's good, but not as good as the first one which most sequels seem to be, better mechanics though, it does just seem like the exact same thing which is good for a sequel, but the first one was meh for me. 5/10.

Kingdom Come Deliverance: Heard its a great game, and popular-ish so a decent addition though it is the first one, at least if lets you go back and play it like a lot of fans like! Though i think i'll give it a miss. 5/10.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora: Heard its a fun game, but also very forgettable, at least it's free now and not £70, and im sure it is pretty decent if you like Avatar and it's probably full of lore, but i do not like Avatar so womp womp. 4/10.

Avowed: Heard it's very good and reviews have gone well, but i don't think its a game i'd spend hours on like similar games, i haven't heard that much bad about it other than it's a bit bland, but hey, its free! (if you have Gamepass) and I'll give it a try eventually. 6/10.

Final score: 41/120 (3.4/10)

an ok month i suppose but for the hype Gamepass gets you'd think they'd bring some huge games in but oh well, its 'free' games!

Con - no customers zombies on consoles, and the PPSH wasn't usable in Zombies unless you paid for DLC

Pro - Felt very fun and is known as one of the best CoDs to date, kept the quickscoping scene going
Con - most stuff was too OP by today's standards

Pro - Didn't reset Warzone I guess (i ran out of stuff to say)
Con - Zombies DMZ rip off was a s**t idea

Call of Duty Black Ops 6:
Pro - Showed the world that even the biggest series' cluld fail
Con - Zombies yet again

Call of Duty Black Ops 7:
Pro - I suppose it at least provided a place where kids would be instead of Battlefield 6
Con - pretty much everything

Call of Duty: Warzone:
Pro - Brought back CoD
Con - everyone still thinks theyre prime FaZe

Call of Duty Online:
Pro - basically was a fan servkce game with everything they cluld add been added
Con - 996 ping because it was China only

My thoughts on Gamepass' additions for January 2026:

Brews & Bastards: Looks ok but I think ill give it a miss cause judging by pictures alone it doesnt look like my type of game, it maybe a very good game truthfully, but ill never know as I wont bother to download it. 2/10.

Little Nightmares: Enhanced Edition: A popular game but just not my type of game, i have watched some clips on it and it looks ok, but I wouldn't play this, my thoughts might change if I gave it a go, but its very unlikely they will as I most likely wont play it. 2/10.

Atomfall: I heard it's a good game a bit bland after a while but thats a lot of games nowadays, I heard it's basically Fallout but British which sounds good so ill probably give this one a play, even if its for 30 minutes. 6.5/10.

Lost in Random: The Eternal Die: Not my type of game at all looking at the first set of pictures on Google, the camera angle seems to be just out of my range of what I want, but then again Baldur's Gate 3 was the same and I loved it, so i may actually like this game, though it doesnt seem like ill ever know because I probably wont bother downloading this game. 2/10.

Rematch: I heard its a really good gane but its online, which sucks if the servers arent popular which happens a lot to released ganes, though i did want to play this one day and GP gives me a good chance to try it and actually see for myself if its half decent. 5/10.

Warhammer 40K: Space Marine - Master Crafted Edition: I never played the OG but I probably wont tbh, everyone i know says this remaster sucks and isnt worth it to get, and i dont know a single thing about Warhammer so ill just be playing it basically blindfolded and that ruins the feel and vibe of the game, so ill give it a miss. 2/10.

Final Fantasy 1: Not a fan of the FF series and I haven't played any, and will most likely keep that streak going tbh, FF just doesnt seem like my kind of game but who knows i haven't really seen anything on the newer ones anyways so I never had that hype, inalso never played the early ones so this addition does not excite me at all if im honest. 0/10.

Quarantine Zone: The Last Check: Seen clips of this gane and it looks fun, and you get to see underwear lol, it does seem to be one of those ganes where you'd get bored after probably an hour and it seems to be very repetitive but id like to give it a go tbh, I hope it os as fun as it looks. 7/10.

Star Wars Outlaws: Everyone says its bad but I think it may be an ok game, though it is Star Wars so I most likely wouldn't know a thing if I were to play it but it played Battlefront 1+2 and they were fun-ish so I could just play it as a person who knows nothing and just treating it as a normal game, and my mate says its half decent, so I may try it. 5/10.

My Little Pony: A Zephyr Heights Mystery: I'm not the target audience for this game (hopefully) as I am a 25 year old childless mam, and not a young girl or a family man, so u wont play this at all and will skip it everytime i see it come up on my screen. 0/10

Mio: Memories in Orbit: Looks pretty good tbf but I doubt ill put this on my list of games I absolutely adore, or even a priority playing tbh, but I may do it eventually, and im sure itll be fun, and a bit challenging, which isnt too bad tbh. 5/10.

Resident Evil Village: I do like RE games, and would like to see Lady Dimitrescu on my TV instead of just videos on my phone, I was oohing and ahhing when this games been on offer previously but never actually made the leap, im excited to play it though! 8/10.

Nova Roma: City builders arent normally my type of game, and i dont think this one is going to break the barrier, it does seem ok though so I may give it a play, but I doubt itll be for more than an hour or maybe 2 and then never again, though its not this game's fault its not my genre. 4/10.

Final score: 44.5/130 (around 3.4/10)

Not a good month if im totally honest but at least theres a couple of games id like to play :) so not all is lost thankfully.

My problem with Call of Duty nowadays:

Well the first thing I hate about it is everyone's sweaty af now, some still camp but everyone plays like a match vs all lvl 1's is against prime FaZe and Optic and it's stupid you need to play with 4 hands if you have to keep up, and it's not me being bad, im still pretty good at CoD, dont get me wrong im nowhere near as good as i used to be, but age does that to everyone, but still, its TDM not a professional CoD tournament.

The second thing i hate is the YouTubers who still play it, every 5 seconds they release a video claiming this gun is "the best ever" while simultaneously showing the world what its like, which then in turns makes them cry for 6 videos and 4 streams straight that it should be nerfed because its too OP, so it does, and rinse and repeat.

Back in the good days of CoD, most guns were OP but there was a lot of them so that in turn made it more unbalanced, yeah you could get a bunch of kills sniping, but you were almost certainly getting grenaded by a noob tube, or something like the M16 in one burst, but you knew that person was going to get karma'd and done dirty 5 seconds later, so the OP guns were good but due to having so many of them, the game was sort of balanced, and it isnt like that now, unfortunatly.

Third thing i hate is the simple one, a mostly complained about one, being the skins, yes they're overpriced, yes theyre a bit s**t and stupid, and serve literally no purpose than to scam kids who shouldn't legally be playing said game, out of their parent's money, it would've made sense if they kept it sort of realistic, but i dont want to play as Nicki Minaj for £30, and shoot zombie Wood's, i want to play an actual good game, BF6 does it well, and look at thats popularity compared to BO7, its miles ahead, and unfortunately because its such a good money maker, Activision won't stop it, espeically now theyre 10s of Billions to make up for when Xbox brought them.

The final thing i hate, (or am willing to type here) is its an 18 rated game, bombarbed by 12 year olds, if it's an 18 rated game i want gore and proper violence, not some scaled down lamewad version, yes CoDs always had kids on it but now its different, it's basically 100% tailored to kids who shouldn't be allowed to play it, and that's made it shrink from the world's most loved FPS's each year to a hollowed out shell of its former self, and it'll never return to its past glory.

12/12/2025

I watched the entirety of The Game Awards 2025 and here are my opinions on the newly announced games/my hype out of 10:

The Free Shepard: Yay! a game about a cute dog sheparding, i like the cute dog but i dont think itll be my type of game unfortunatly. 5/10.

Pragmata: Looks very good and defo will try it out evenutally, it looks like it'll have a sad ending though because it's boind to be with a kid and parent figure, looks class though. 7/10

TankRat: Looks okay, but i dont think ill play it tbh not my type o fgame but looks like it could be a bunch of fun, though it is very similar to a name im known as (Tankratcliffe) so i want the game to not bomb or i'd look a melon and have to change my username lol. 6/10.

Stupid Never Dies: looks like it would be very fun with a good bordelrands-like art style, who knows if i'll pre order it but ill most likely play it in due time, looks like a decent game. 7/10.

Star Wars Fate of The Old Republic: isn't my cup of tea cause Star Wars but it brings back the guy who made the older and very popular Star Wars games so im sure it'll be half decent and its singleplayer too so decent. 3/10.

John Carpenters' Toxic Commando: I saw this on the games to wishlist a while ago and it looks decent, the trailer only solidified the fact it could be a decent game, i also like zombie games so big plus! 6/10.

4Loop: Looks very good and i bet ill enjoy it as i did enjoy the old left4dead games and its the same creator, it looks like itll be a roguelite kind of game that isnt too bad but it could get boring though but overall yeah pretty good. 7/10.

Ontos: Looks creepy but its from a popular developer so itll probably be good, not my type of game though but it looks ok to me. 4/10.

2XKO: Looks like it'll be fun but fighting games arent really my thing, so it'll be popular but its also an anime like art style of big L on my part, ill try it though just to see if its any good. 4/10.

Resident Evil Requiem: looks very good and i may even pre order it, and Leon Kennedy is back so thats good, looking forward to seeing how they work the two stories together, and yeah im excited. 8/10.

Exodus: looks very good but i worry it may look better than it is, hopefully not because it looks like a pre order contender, too bad its coming out in 2027. 7/10.

Warlock Dungeons and Dragons: Looks really exciting but it was only a nongameplay teaser so not much to work on, but looks decent. 6/10.

Screamer: A racing game that looks fun but its an anime art style of minus points, but it looks like it would be good anyways, and i liked it a bit when i saw it in the games to wishlist section on the PS Store. 5/10.

Control Resonant: Looks fun and has something like zombies in it, which i like and the control games are always good story telling games, this one looks very good but i dont think ill pre order it. 6/10.

Batman Legacy of The Dark Knight: looks very good and a game ill defo play eventually, might eeven be in TGA rankings that year probably for family fun, but i like Batman and i like lego games and open world so all 3 together is sure to be a hit, too bad its not a non lego game though. 7/10.

Tomb Raider Catalyst: Looks very good and i love Lara and the Tomb Raider games, Lara still looks rather cute too, i defo think this will be preorder eventually and im so looking forward to playing it, it really does look class and ill be truly gutted if its crap. 9/10.

Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis: Once again i love Lara and Tomb Raider and this one looks no different, and Lara is still looking beautiful and i bel;ieve if you sign up and link on Amazon like i did you get a swimsuit outfit unlock on release so im defo excited for that! 9/10.

Invincible VS: Looks ok but its an IP i havent explored yet and a fighting game so already on a rough patch but it looks decent at least, just not doing it for me unfortunatly. 4/10.

007 First Light: Looks class but i dont think ill end up playing it much if at all, but i might play it and change my mind quickly, looks like it covers all the bases of a James Bond game which is good i guess, but im not really a fan of 007 and it shares the same name las my favourite Infamous game so losing points already. 3/10.

The Seven Deadly Sins Origin: Looks like it'll be popular but its based on an anime that i haven't watched and defo wont, so big L's there but im sure my friends will love it, it looks like a type of game they'll enjoy. 1/10.

Lords of the Fallen 2: looks like it'll be fun but th eog one wasnt that good, and i dont like souls-likes anyways but if i can i may give it a go just to see if my tastes change, it does look brutal too which is good! 4/10.

Saros: Looks very good and im not just saying that because its a ps5 exclusive, it really does look good, maybe not GOTY but good anyways and if the hype stays up for me ill defo play it, just probably not on release cause i have little money. 8/10.

No Law: Looks like it'll be a class game just not groundbreaking like some games can be in trailers, ill defo give it a shot tohugh cause it does look fun to me at least, maybe not a pre order though and a more of a 'hope it comes to PS Plus' deal. 7/10.

Total War Warhammer 40000: Looked alright until it brought out the actual gameplay and it was just an XCOM-like game, those arent my favourites and Warhammer i never really got into anyways, but im sure it'll be popular. 2/10.

Ace Combat 8 Wings of Theve: not my kinda game but it looked pretty good, maybe ill play it but unlikely if im honest because i never played any of them, but who knows this may be a good place to start? 3/10.

Star Wars Galactic Racer: When the trailer first come on and the guy said it was from the team that made Need For Speed and Burnout i was very excited, but then that all fell away as soon as i saw it was Star Wars as im not a fan, and that instantly killed any hype for the game, i didnt even want to watch the trailer after that, im not going to be playing this at all. 0/10.

Out of Words: Looks like a decently fun game, along the ranks of It Takes Two where its suprisingly good, it may even win some awards who knows? all i know it is looks decent and a game me and my sister may play together, however though, it didnt excite me far past that. 5/10.

Arknights Endfield: Looks ok but i think theres too many anime RPGs about and i dont like anime or its art style, so an l for me, i dont even know if this is its full name cause the music trailer thingy only says Endfield but Google tells me different so..... it will be free though so thats keeping the score up a little bit. 2/10.

Phantom Blade Zero: Looks very good but i dont think ill have the time to play it, but if i do i most likely will, the whole trailer/game looks class so big yay! 7/10.

Megaman Dual Override: Looks fun but i never played any Megaman before so i dont really know if it'll live up to the hype but who knows? it may do so im willing to give it a try eventually just not on release. 5/10.

Nioh 3: Looks like it'll be class if you like souls-likes but i dont i just now 1+2 were good games according to like everybody but i never played them past like 30 minutes so i wouldnt know, didnt exactly wow me into the series though so will most likely give this one a miss. 4/10.

Solo Levelling Arise Overdrive: Not my type of game but then again anime art style games never are really, and thats fine but i can almost be sure that this will be popular in its community and thats always good i guess? 0/10.

Highguard: Free which is good, but what the game looks like is a mixture of either battle royale or hero shooter, it is made by some good games' devs in Apex Legends and Titanfall but it just looks like an Overwatch/Apex lovechild clone, and tbh i dont really have more than a but positive views on those games so this doesn't excite me much. 4/10.

Decrepit: Looked bery fun but i think it's a souls-like so unfortunetly a miss unless i really feel like it, so probably not gonna play it, it did look great though! 6/10.

Audio Mech: I mean its there, but its just a fancy music thing and i dont really care for it im in honest, sorry. 0/10.

Solasta 2: Looked good story wise but i dont really do table top turn based RPGs, but i did like Baldurs Gate 3 a lot so i might give this one a chance, but probably not if im honest. 4/10.

Bradley The Badger: Looks like a refreshing new take on the old platforming genre with platforms you can make yourself, or different things you can turn into, it does look very good so i might give it a shot! 7/10.

Soulframe: Looked good and a game i would most likely play, but according to Google its a console game thats only releasing on Windows which is fine, i just hope it comes to consoles too, but it did looks good and a nice "frame" game. 5/10.

Divinity: Made by a class game dev team in Larian and they 'confirmed' it'll be bigger than Baldurs Gate 3 but i never really knew about the series but i heard theyre are good and popular so i might give it a try but i doubt i would have a strong enough PC/laptop on release so oops. 6/10.

Coven of the Chicken Foot: Didn't look my kind of game really but its made by the Last of Us and Uncharted 4 co-director so it's probably going to have a great story, just the gamepllay didn't excite me really. 3/10.

Order of the Sinking Star: Not my game at all either, i didnt really care for it and i will not play this almost for certain, it just wasnt my cup of tea. 1/10.

Gang of Dragon: A Yakuza compoetitor which does similar stuff, and it looked very good in the trailer so i may get it in the future if i can, from what i saw it looks good but a bit niche like Yakuza but who knows it'll probs be popular. 6/10.

Forest 3: this game's prequels were good and raved about so i can only assume this one will be good too, though i probably wont play it solo, just cause games like this are better with friends, if it is even co-op/multiplayer that is, but it does look pretty good i must say. 6/10

Aniimo: Basically Pokemon, and it looks very good! i am looking forward to potentially playing it one day and will do so hoping its nearly as good as Pokemon is, so big shoes to fill! 6/10.

Duet night abyss: Yet another free2play action RPG with an anime style, there really is a lot of them and the gacha it'll probably have with most likely suck if it has it that is, but it wasnt my kind of thing at all, but could be my mates, though its still a......0/10.

Hype: 215/450 (4.7/10)

Some really good games that imv ery hyped about like the two Tomb Raiders but a bunch i wasnt so excited by which is unfortunate but thats life.

My thoughts on Gamepass' new games for December (part 1):

Marvel Cosmic Invasion: Looks ok, but im not the biggest fan of beat em ups, but i do like Marvel so that gives it an extra point, looks like it'll be alright to play for like an hour or less before it gets repetitive. 5/10.

Lost Records: Bloom & Rage: All I've heard is good things, and it looks Life is Strange-like and that was a good game, though 'X' has it's own opinions on the characters, this does look like a fun game. 6/10

Medieval Dynasty: Was thinking of buying this one eventually, and this saves me some money in the short term, but i dont think i'd play the game enough for it to be worth it tbh, but still loookks pretty good. 5/10

Monster Train 2: Doesn't look like something i'd enjoy as card games aren't really mu thing, but there's probably a great game in there somewhere just hindered, i wont be playing it. 2/10

Stellaris: Would be my kind of game if i didn't get bored after like 20 minutes, so to sum up, it ISNT my kind of game, but im sure people will enjoy it, just not me. 2/10

World War Z: I do like zombie games and this one is apparently really good from what i've heard and i might try it out, but not right now, i have time i suppose. 5/10.

Spray Paint Simulator: A fun, relaxing sim game that'll be good for about an hour, before i start getting bored, but it does seem like it'll be very good and I've had a friend say it was fun, so maybe i'll play. 6/10

33 Immortals: Doesn't look like my kind of game at all, and the camera angle certainly doesn't help its case, so i wont be playing it. 3/10.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: All i've heard is either really good things, or really bad things, no inbetween, so i might have to play it to decide for myself once and for all! does look pretty good but not top of my list. 5/10.

Routine: Sounds alright but its a horror game so automatically less points bevause thats not my genre, i still probably wont play it anyways tbh, so yeah. 3/10.

A Game About Digging A Hole: I've heard its good and mindless fun, but i feel like id get bored after a short amount of time, but at least its a timewaster game! 4/10.

Death Howl: 2 genres i dont really like, in soulslike and deckbuilders but it does seem like it'll suit the kind of player who does enjoy those, but unfortunately for me, im giving it a miss. 1/10.

Dome Keeper: Looks like it could be fun for a bit, and im willing to let it have its fair time, but i probably wouldn't enjoy it as much as i would think. 4/10.

Mortal Kombat 1: Not my game at all but people always rave about MK, but thats not gonna stop me ignoring it and playing other games instead. 3/10

Bratz: Rhythm & Style: Im not a little girl so i wouldnt be interested in this game, and im not its target audience so it doesn't matter. 0/10

Final score: 54/150 (around 3.6/10)

Some good ones, but mostly a load of crud filler ones, but what can ya do?
