So i Am up by Wawa, 12th and H in DC right.. I Am getting a Sub before i leave on My trip and I see My MANs Doing The Dang Thang. He better than Me cuz,,, I aint PLAY on the STreet fore a whole minute.

Them Street Musicians Bad A*z. I only know a coiuplke of My own Originals all the way through, But One morning in Houston... around 2005 i was practicing on the Knew Trolley platform and ... It was some Jazz.. It was a 4/6 beat or something because the chord progression and rhythm worked out kinda funny... The chick was like garbage... but i kept PLAYing while watching errbody response instead of My fretboard and some how it PLAYed smooth and correctly... and then the chords and rhythm came together on the 12 or 24 cuz its a 4/6... Dude dropped a $5 bill in My open Guitar box as I was an Edge of the Bed Guitarist with all these people around nervously Collecting SunLight that Morning just to keep My chops up...

This was when id rather PLAY an Open Mic than on The Street and i prolly had a gig set up i needed to rehearse fore...

Any Blessed Ways... My MANs remind Me of the Good Ole Days... and thats why at BUST A JAM DC i keep The Dream Alive,

Youd think i learn My lesson By Now. Kid comes tru and shows Mr up on Guitar and everything. But nah, the mosy humbling part is realizing ion really Be PLAYing like I should.

I mean it took Me almost 3 months to learn Mother by Danzig and its only 3 chords. I been working on The Pink Panther fore years and I sometimes actually bring it out. But Nativity in Black by Black Sabbath Aw MAN... I am Shook... Thats the One i been working on fore the past 2 years.

I mean i get a feel fore it PLAY around with it fore a minute then put it back on the shelf.. a couple months later try it again,, but this time i arrange it different,, Shelf. PLay it different. Shelf, forgot where i left off and start over.

And here comes My MANs with all the JAMs i been trying to learn since I was in HighSchool sitting on the edge of My bed figuring stuff out from scratch... actually a Mel Bay Piano book.

The Jealousy is thick but The FUN! is Thicker.

What started as something FUN to do in order to Break the Doldrum... aint many people on The Mall toDay so i asks My MANs ... Can You PLAY!?!

Next thing i know is My MANS is Strapped Up and i Flash Back to a 17 year old kid on the edge of He bed figuring ouy song from a Paranoid or Muddy Waters cassette... Metallica would come later..

And My MANs is like well thats all i got. And i know it Burns Hott PLAYing OutSide in The Bright Broad SUNLight of DAY.. so i has to press. Cuz its all about having FUN frfr, and i bet My MANs aint know He can hold down a rhytmn while the Sanger Sangs... the means the bassist could Be bassin, the drummer could Be drummin and He really just started PLAYing.

Who gets to go on Vacation and gets On Stage Spot Light experience fore holding down the BonFire with friends on a FriDay Knight.

See the deal is I Be JAMMIN out here fore FUN and its always more FUN to PLAY with others who know how to PLAY... and Musicians have a LOVE fore Music... So I get to PLAY and have even more FUN after asking a Passer By... Can You PLAY!?!

I caught My MANs and held He up with that Conversation and got treated with some California Coast Range Blues. just when i was about to get us into some Street Guitar HERO!!! Argh!

So My GRrL is a part of the class and they just passing through.. I guess i know ... So I Am JAMMIN and in a lull of Music My GRrL stops to say something to Guitar MAN... So ... instead of PAying attention i asks... Can You PLAY!?!

And in a DreamScape Ole GRrL is whisked away into a land of Make Believe... See the thing is... I Be selling Miracles and Dreams and such but Any Blessed Ways... Thing is.. ion ask but Can You PLAY!?! and I think My GRrL about 13,14 so technically most anytime SHe outside its PLAY Time...

And since I Am about to jump in on what SHe originally got going.. SHe gots a Natural Rhythm by the way.. First i ahd to lead SHe into a Game of Street Guitar HERO.

ANd Believe it or kNot SHe beat The Big Boss RoCK-n-RoLL SOLO at The End of The JAM! I mean Confronting The SOLO with.. ion know what I Am doin and then just proceed to Have Fun Pretending.. Thats a MasterClass on Confidence. And with an Ear to Close with Grace....

So I Be out Here juust Being Bored sometimes and I Be looking fore something more to Do in passing the Time... So when My MANs come up to Drop a Dolla i asks... Can You PLAY!?! Next thing ya know My MANs is Strapped Up RoCKn and RoLLin!

I mean the Knew Stuff when I was a Kid is Metallica... But we had to learn a Steady stream of stuff like Black Sabbath, Led Zepllin, Hendrix, CCR, The Eagles, Sweet Home Alabama.. I thinkk those are all still used fore Cutting your Guitar Teeth as a Musician or something...

Funny Part is My MANs got all this JAM Right... But Know Solo.. LoL.. I prolly been PLAYin 20 years longer than My MANs and i write and perform My Own Original Music... aint none of My songs got SOLOs... I just Be messing with Folx.
