With Memorial Day Weekend marking the unofficial start of summer, the Perfect Liars Civil Defense Unit has issued an unofficial field guide for the preservation of morale during periods of elevated civic congestion in the weeks ahead.

Condition 250 protocols are presented herein for public review.

Residents are advised to observe the following:

Remain calm.
Remain indoors.
Remain unavailable.

Authorized movement resumes Wednesday, August 12, when residents may proceed to the designated morale assembly point: Perfect Liars Club at DC Improv.
