I dont always drink bourbon, but when I do I prefer a high rye. Check this outstanding sounding expression from 35 Maple Street Spirits - Bib & Tucker. Mash bill - 70% corn, 26% rye, 4% malted barley.

THIS was a wonderful time! Looking forward to those of you who missed out to join us for future events. Many thanks to Bowmore Distillery Ambassador Philip Pepperdine for taking us through such a dynamic lineup of Scotches! Also, many thanks to Jack Rose mixologist Lukas Smith for mixing up some palate enticing cocktails, The Underground Nosh for the tasty food to pair with the Scotches and soothing bossa nova sounds from Sote!
