Everyone’s been asking where I’ve been… so here’s the answer 🎥✨ Not missing—just deep in event season. Back-to-back productions, late nights, early mornings, and a lot of magic happening behind the scenes. When I go quiet, it usually means I’m building something big. Now that I’m back in the throes of busy event season, I’m realizing just how important these meditations with have been for my sanity throughout my life and career. As an entrepreneur, without intentional peace and spirituality, it’s so easy to spiral with everything that gets thrown at you at once. Antarctica was a rare pause… a week that brought me back to my humanity, my spirituality, and the raw beauty of nature. Grateful for this reminder to breathe, reconnect, and keep moving with purpose. ❄️✨

Throwing it back to one of my favorite Beat Retreat moments 😂🎶 During peer-review, when was giving super thoughtful feedback on everyone’s demos… I secretly slipped in a full Rick Roll!!

Beat retreat is one of the most fulfilling passion projects I’ve ever taken on. Needed to take a quick pause to rebuild my other investments after some big changes - but I’m feeling 2026 is the year to bring this back 🥰

The final night we wrapped things up with a full-on pajama party, and of course Billy had to roll in wearing a giant dinosaur onesie 🦖— iconic.

I had an amazing dj partner on this ship - please tell me you have photos or videos of us together?! We were honestly the best duo on that ship and I’m packing proof for the next adventure.

Antarctica… I don’t even have the words. ❄️✨ This place is unreal. Every shot in this reel barely scratches the surface of how magical it felt to actually be there, the silence, the light on the ice, the massive glaciers, the ocean that looks like glass. It was one of the most beautiful, surreal experiences of my life, and I’m still processing it all. Here’s a little glimpse of what I saw.
