It has begun. Bullies are already emboldened.

To my female friends, nonbinary friends & LGBTQIA+ friends here are a few things to consider NOW!

*Travel in groups, especially at night.

*Wear shoes you can run in.

*Wear your nails at a length that doesn’t limit your ability to use your hands.

*Tie your hair back when going out so it is harder for someone to grab.

Make yourself as stong and capable as possible when in any area where predators may be. They have been given permission by their evil leader to have power over us.
Let’s not let them!

Consider taking a self defense class NOW!
Things are only going to get worse.

If you know or teach self defense consider offering classes for women, nonbinary & LGBTQIA+ people.

Use your local resources to connect with like minded individuals and find communities were you feel safe and seen.

I dive into a new chapter tomorrow as I go in to have a joint rebuilt that has been broken for over 17 years. I have tried so many therapies and danced around and through this for so long.

I have heard so many inspiring and reassuring stories and I am hopeful. I am BEYOND grateful to my support system of INCREDIBLE people, you know who you are and I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!

Ken Vegas or I will make a post once I am home. I will then potentially be off line for a week or two but I will be back and I will be better than ever!!
