TableWar helped supply gaming mats for our event, making sure our players had great battlefields to fight on throughout the convention.

But what makes TableWar truly special is their commitment to giving back. Through their charity efforts, they help raise money for autism related causes and support families in need. It's amazing to see a company in our tabletop community using its passion for gaming to make a real difference in people's lives.

A huge thank you to for bringing BattleTech to NOVA Open 2026!

From commanding mighty BattleMechs on the battlefield to bringing players together for some incredible games, BattleTech was out in force at NOVA Open this year!

We loved seeing both veteran MechWarriors and new recruits enjoying everything BattleTech had to offer. The passion, excitement, and energy from the community helped make this year's event something special.

A massive thank you to Catalyst Game Labs, the event organizers, volunteers, and everyone who came out to roll dice, command their lances, and wage war across the Inner Sphere!

What an incredible weekend of Warhammer 40,000 at NOVA Open 2026!

The 40K Grand Tournament was once again one of the highlights of NOVA Open, bringing together an amazing community of players for a weekend of intense battles, incredible armies, and unforgettable moments.

From beautifully painted armies to hard fought victories and amazing displays of sportsmanship, the tables were packed with everything that makes the Warhammer 40K community so special.

A massive thank you to all the players who traveled from near and far to compete, our incredible judges and event organizers, and the volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make it all happen.

Whether you came to compete for the top spot or just enjoy a weekend of rolling dice with friends, you helped make this year's 40K GT something special!

We can't wait to see everyone back at NOVA Open 2027 for even more Warhammer 40,000!

Good morning! We are excited for this weekend as we will be hosting the annual Call to Arms 40K Event with SETGO. It is taking place at the Call to Arms in Williamsburg and is always a great event!

Be aware, there are only 18 tickets left for the event!

A huge thank you to for joining us at NOVA Open this year!

Not only did they come out to vend and show off their incredible brushes and hobby tools, but they also brought their expertise into our seminar rooms with three amazing classes.

A special shoutout to the Artis Opus team and instructors for sharing their knowledge, techniques, and passion with our community. It was awesome seeing their Drybrush Masterclasses in action and watching students take those techniques straight to the painting table.

Game Envy supplied us with lights that we put to work throughout our seminar classrooms, helping give our instructors and students the setup they needed to paint, learn, and create all weekend long.

A big thank you to Caleb from CK Studios for coming out to NOVA Open and teaching so many amazing airbrush classes this year!

Caleb brought his experience and talent to the seminar rooms, helping painters build their confidence with an airbrush, learn new techniques, and take their painting to the next level.

We also want to give a huge thank you to our friends at SprayGunner for supplying the airbrushes used throughout these classes, and to The Army Painter for supplying the paints Caleb and his students put to work during the seminars. Support from partners like these helps us provide our instructors and students with the quality tools and materials they need for a great hands on learning experience.

A huge thank you to our friends at Military Healing Creative Processes - MHCP for joining us at NOVA Open this year!

Throughout the weekend, the MHCP crew ran Paint & Takes, giving attendees a chance to sit down, grab a brush, and enjoy some time painting together. More importantly, they used the hobby we all love to help raise money and awareness for mental health.

We are proud to have groups like MHCP as part of the NOVA Open community. Thank you to their entire team and to everyone who stopped by, painted a miniature, donated, or helped support their mission.

We look forward to continuing to support MHCP and the incredible work they do for our community.

A huge thank you to for their continued support of the NOVA Open!

This year, Redgrass Games provided us with their R9 Desk Lights along with additional wet palettes, and we definitely put them to work. Their equipment was used throughout all of our seminar classrooms, in our private seminar rooms, and to provide professional lighting for our judges while evaluating entries in the Capital Palette.

Having quality equipment available for both our instructors and artists makes a huge difference, and we greatly appreciate Redgrass Games helping us continue to improve the art experience at the NOVA Open.
