Note sure where to start? Consider cutting out all self-limiting phrases such as "need to", "should", "trying", or "working on". These habit words add nothing to the sentence, yet create weighted energy, which can stall movement. Despite brain resistance, change words to "doing", "getting stronger", "getting more joyful", "looking forward to". The words mean the same, however they have completely different energies attached. When you change the words, note that your brain may resist this. That's okay. Rather, note how your body physically feels as you send the unconscious message that you are strong and that joy is possible. As with any change of habit, your brain won't be fully on board until after it sees results. ......

Card of the Day: Turning Point..
Every new chapter begins by taking the proverbial leap of faith. Know that being risky and taking risks are very different. Yet, they feel the same inside as they both represent stepping out of your comfort zone. Minimize risk as much as possible by insuring your core needs are clear and doing as much due diligence as you can, knowing that you won’t be able to know everything to make actions completely without risk. Then, go through open doors, yet honor red flags. .
While your brain may attempt to self-sabotage as the brain looks as known as "safe" and unknown as "unsafe", note how your body physically feels as you create forward movement. Your brain will only be fully on board after it sees results. Remember that you can always adjust your path as you go. Onward... .
