Owner Toufic Khoueiri opened the first Kababji Restaurant in Jounieh, north of Beirut, Lebanon in 1993. His concept was simple - combine traditional culinary excellence with a modern casual setting. Today, Kababji is in 30 locations in the Middle East, including Lebanon, Dubai, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates. The Washington, DC location is the first outside of the Middle East.

Just as a flower opens up to catch the morning sun, so do our wonderfully prepared dishes open up your senses of sight, smell and taste. Pictured is our version of Tabouleh - a fantastic dish made up of tomato, parsley, cracked wheat, onion, lemon juice, sumac and the best extra virgin olive oil.
