On Wednesday September 21, 2016 we will entrust to a higher power our Black Belt Brother- Keith Phillips, son of Grandmaster William Phillips and the late Mrs Audrey Phillips, in hopes that we will again reunite some day. Family will receive friends at McGuire Funeral Home, 7400 Georgia Ave., NW from 10 am until service at 11 am. Internment at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, 3400 Bladensburg Rd. Brentwood, MD 20722.
