We are excired to announce Adonis Cockfield will be a featured chef at the Creole Food Festival under the Brooklyn bridge with Time Out Market New York Adonis is the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of The Gentleman’s Kitchen one of Brooklyn's newest upscale dining destinations located in the heart of Flatbush. Since opening its doors in February 2026, TGK has quickly earned recognition for its sophisticated ambiance, elevated hospitality, and innovative Caribbean-inspired cuisine.

A self-taught chef with a lifelong passion for cooking, Chef Cockfield has built his culinary identity by reimagining the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean through a contemporary lens. His menus balance bold spices, refined techniques, and high-quality ingredients, creating dishes that are both comforting and elevated. We are excited to announce H A A M by Yesenia R as a featued restaurant for the 8th Annual Creole Food Festival with Time Out Market New York underneath the Brooklyn Bridge.

HAAM Caribbean Plant Cuisine (Healthy As A Motha) is a Brooklyn-based Caribbean restaurant founded by Chef Yesenia Ramdass, a Dominican-American chef born and raised in Washington Heights. Deeply rooted in the flavors, traditions, and culture of her Dominican upbringing, Yesenia’s cooking is also influenced by the Trinidadian culture she has embraced through her husband and family.

At HAAM, she brings these influences together through a modern culinary lens, reimagining the dishes, spices, and nostalgia of the Caribbean while honoring the cultures that shaped them.

We are excited to announce Chaz Brown from REALM Rooftop a featured chef at the Creole Food Festival in NY with Time Out Market New York underneath the Brooklyn Bridge. Chef Chaz Brown is a Trinidadian-American chef, culinary innovator, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across fine dining, restaurant development, and food technology.

A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, his career includes work in renowned kitchens such as Nobu Manhattan, Fatty Crab, and Le Bec-Fin, along with national television appearances on Top Chef and Around the World in 80 Plates.

Rooted in a deep passion for farm-to-table cooking, he draws inspiration from Trinidadian and West African ingredients and traditions to tell stories through food. As co-founder of xtraCHEF, he helped revolutionize back-of-house operations. Today, he is combining his culinary and entrepreneurial expertise with his partners Chuck and Kris of the Maren Co.
