The Circle of Influence The Circle of Influence (COI) The Circle of Influence also hosts a series of soirées, called SALONS, where people can network, mingle, and connect.

The Circle of Influence (COI), founded by Monica Levy Rowland, is a new Washington, DC - based organization aimed at meeting entertainment, cultural, educational, and networking needs of professionals from all fields, who are connected by a shared desire to support one another. There will always be signature cocktails, and a relaxed, adult vibe. Look for COI to continue to offer unique cultural and educational events as well.
