Additionally, she has been a teaching-artist with the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop for t
he last 3 years. Cherie holds group projects for everything from Adult Super-Sized Coloring and recycled art projects to beaded necklace making, mixed media collage and beginning photography. Cherie is a photography graduate of Southeastern Center for the Arts in Atlanta, Georgia in addition to earning certification from Rocky Mountain School of Photography in Missoula, Montana. More recently, she spent 2 years at the Corcoran School of Art + Design studying mixed media collage and abstract painting. Cherie has lived in Woodley Park for the last 23 years and enjoys spending time with family at their home in Lewes, Delaware.
