It's almost here! Tomorrow's the Kingman Island Bluegrass Fest on the Anacostia river. The fest is free -- and there's a free shuttle running to the island from Stadium/Armory metro. Children, dogs, friends, family, istruments and coolers are all welcome. There will even be folding chairs if you do not want to bring your own. Plus, all the food trucks you could ever want in one leafy place.
