โ ๏ธ Don't Sleep With Your Phone in Your Bed! ๐ฑ๐๏ธ
Many people keep their phone beside them or even under their pillow while sleeping. While it may seem harmless, it's a good idea to keep it off your bed.
Here's why:
๐ฅ Fire Risk: Charging your phone under a pillow or blanket traps heat, increasing the risk of overheating. Although rare, damaged or faulty batteries can become dangerous.
๐ด Better Sleep: Notifications, vibrations, and late-night scrolling can interrupt your sleep and affect your sleep quality.
๐ฑ Protect Your Device: Rolling onto your phone while sleeping can damage your phone and its battery.
๐ก What About Radiation?
Mobile phones emit low levels of radiofrequency (RF) energy when they are connected to a mobile or Wi-Fi network. Current scientific research has not found convincing evidence that simply sleeping near a phone causes health problems when the phone meets safety standards. However, if you'd rather reduce your exposure, you can place your phone on a bedside table or turn on Airplane Mode while you sleep.

Safer Sleeping Habits:
โข Keep your phone on a bedside table instead of your bed.
โข Charge it on a hard, flat surface.
โข Never charge it under a pillow or blanket.
โข Use a certified, good-quality charger.
A small change in your bedtime routine can help improve both your safety and your sleep. ๐๐
