Get ready to awaken your senses, embrace your playful side, and drop into your body at this Saturday’s 𝕸𝖔𝖓𝖘𝖙𝖊𝖗 𝕭𝖆𝖘𝖍 Ecstatic Dance + Costume Swap with the magical Mistress Aviva! 🧚‍♀️🌀

We’re thrilled to welcome Aviva Aurora, a somatic practitioner, pleasure coach, and embodiment facilitator who creates transformative experiences through movement, play, authentic connection, and conscious exploration.

With an extensive background in trauma-informed somatics, ta***ic bodywork, and movement-based healing, Aviva invites participants to reconnect with their bodies, explore freedom of expression, and discover the joy of being fully present. 💫

Her diverse training includes vinyasa yoga, Thai massage, K**a Flight, fascial maneuvers, and conscious communication, weaving together practices that nurture self-awareness, creativity, and meaningful connection.

Drawing on over 20 years of feminist-oriented global social justice work, Aviva brings a deeply inclusive, empowering approach to the spaces she holds. ❤️

✨ We’re soul excited to welcome back Jon Forney as our Embodiment Warmup Facilitator for this Saturday’s Fall Equinox Ecstatic Dance + Clothing Swap! 🍁✨ Jonathan Forney

🧡 Saturday, September 19 | 2:00–5:30 PM

Jon will guide us through “Listen With Your Body,” a playful and grounding introduction to the basics of contact improvisation dance — inviting us to drop into our bodies, and connect with one another.

The invitation is to play with two complementary polarities of leading and following — structure and flow. With or without touch, the ability to sense another deeply and be affected by their movement is a gift to be recieved and also a skill that can be cultivated.

Through contact improvisation, somatic exploration, and embodied movement practices, we'll awaken awareness, cultivate connection, and gently prepare body and spirit for the dance journey ahead.

Plus, enjoy:
