✨Senior Spotlight- Senior Dance Company dancer ~ Abigail Highcove ✨
“I have been dancing for twelve years. It is safe to say that dance has been an integral part of my life. Not only has it become one of my greatest passions, but it has also connected me to some of the most important people in my life. Through my time with WDGA, I have created lifelong friendships with my teammates. These relationships extend far beyond the studio and have shaped my experience in ways I will always be grateful for. From former dancers to my current teammates and the younger dancers I have had the privilege of helping teach, the friendships and connections I have made through WDGA are ones I will cherish long after I leave the studio.
I am also extremely grateful for the support I have received from my teachers, coaches, and family as they have watched me grow into the person I am today. I am thankful for the years I spent in both the studio and the gym, and I will forever cherish the memories I have made at WDGA. I could not have asked for a better group of people to share this journey with.
As I begin this next chapter, I will be attending Quinnipiac University to study physical therapy. While I am excited for what the future holds, I hope to continue pursuing my passion for dance and carry everything I have gained through my time at WDGA with me wherever I go.”
We are wishing you an amazing final recital and best of luck in college. We will miss you dearly next year,
Please make sure to come back and visit! 💙
