The pre convention to Plymouth Rock will still take place on Tuesday August 3rd

With the 2020 Convention postponed until next year you need not cancel your hotel reservation
The Crowne Plaza will transfer all the rooms for everyone until next year All rates will stay the same

FYI. The 2020 Convention has been postponed until next year date to be determined with availability from the Crowne Plaza Hotel
All events will stay the same and on the same days including the pre convention to Plymouth Rock The price of rooms will stay the same at $129 per night with free parking.
I hope we will be able to increase the registration for next year and everyone stays healthy and free from this virus crippling the world. More info to follow

Special events added to the convention
1. Irv Hyatt will put on a Photo Jeopardy Quiz with 4 teams 2 people each team
2. Tommy Stathers from New York city will be showing 1920's and 30's rare cartoon movies on Saturday afternoon
3. Sightseeing trip to the Keith Theater where Stan performed in vaudeville in 1911 with the Fred Karno Group
4. Pre Convention to Plymouth Rock will include admission onto the Mayflower plus a Harbor Cruise all included ( limit to 90 people)

Having a slight problem adding names to the delegate list we have 45 people signed up at this time
Special delegate will be Jeanne Hanson great niece of Jimmy Finnelyson who will be bringing photo albums never seen before

I just went to the Crowne Plaza today to see all the new renovations at the hotel. We will have all new renovated rooms, pictures will be coming soon. All rooms on all six floors will be done by convention time. Very large rooms bigger than normal More to come Hopefully I will see you all in 2020
