Sorry folks no Zumba tonight. Feeling all kinds of nausea and some really nasty symptoms. Hopefully, it's just a 24 hour bug.

So, last week, we got two new guys in class. This week they brought two more guys. I was so I forgot to take a picture tonight 🤦🏻‍♀️🙄.
I always have a great time and never regret teaching but seeing them really get into it while also cheering and hollering just brought everyone else's energy up.
