A few weeks ago, we had the honor to meet with veteran, and Marine Rider, Rick Jacobs. We had to privilege to hear his story and help bring attention to a growing need in our country right now. As I type this there are thousands of veterans out there waiting to receive treatment. For some, the VA is there only means of medical care. Our hope is to bring attention to this need so that if you come across a veteran, like Rick, that you will come along side them and help them in any way you can. It may mean finding phone numbers for them, helping them to fill out paper work, driving them to an appointment, or just being their friend. Please don't forget them!

Last night we had the privilege of meeting with a very special young man, and his wife! We are so honored to be able to come along side him to help bring awareness to the current battle he is facing! Thank you Murdock and Pansy for allowing us into your home and for being so open, candid, honest....and yes....even funny! :) Stay tuned for details on how YOU can come along side them and help too!
