Warm up that serve and find your perfect partner for Adult Pickleball! This league starts on July 7th. Bring your own partner or be assigned one at the start of the league. Each Tuesday night you'll play best of 3 games leading up to the last two weeks being single-game elimination.

Due to inclement weather, Nassif Aquatic Center is currently closed and will remain closed through Open Swim.

At this time, we plan to reopen for Piranhas Practice and River Walking as scheduled. Should conditions change, we will provide updates as soon as possible.

The City of Warrensburg is accepting applications for Part-Time Swim Instructors for the Warrensburg Parks & Recreation Department. Swim Instructors teach Group Swim Lessons; group lessons vary from weekdays and weekends throughout the year. Instructors also have the opportunity to teach Private Swim Lessons around their schedule. This will be a part-time job 10-15 hours per week. Experience and knowledge of swimming and the ability to teach and explain strokes and techniques is preferred. Experience working with children preferred as well. Swim Coordinator will train all instructors.

Join us for the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson™, a global event where children and families around the world come together on the same day to learn essential water safety skills. In partnership with the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson (WLSL), this program is part of an international effort to prevent drowning and build confidence in the water. Led by certified instructors, participants will learn important skills such as floating, treading water, and basic swim techniques in a fun, supportive environment. This event is designed for all skill levels, helping beginners feel comfortable while strengthening abilities for more experienced swimmers. By taking part, your child joins a worldwide movement focused on one simple, life-saving message: swimming lessons save lives.

Dive, Stroke & Turn!

This clinic helps swimmers enhance their competitive skills, focusing on starts, strokes, turns, and race diving. Experienced coaches will offer personalized feedback and drills to boost speed, efficiency, and race performance. Participants must be proficient swimmers and comfortable diving into 12ft deep water.

We heard more adult sports were wanted here in Warrensburg and we aim to please! Get ready for our Adult Pickleball League and Adult COED Slow Pitch Softball League!

Get those paddles and partners for our Adult Pickleball League starting up on Tuesdays at 6pm on July 7th! Games will be played best out of 3 with 4 weeks of pool play and 2 weeks of single-elimination bracket play.

Find your team of 10 or become a free agent for our Adult Softball League! Each team must have 5 guys and 5 girls on the field at a time but can have up to 12 in the lineup. This will be a 6 week regular season league and a minimum of 1 post season game. This league starts up on Mondays on July 27th!

Soccer Watch Party Road Closure Notice!

Join us TONIGHT for our Soccer Watch Party at the Warrensburg Community Center! The fun starts at 6:30 and the game starts at 8!

Please be advised that Command Drive will be closed on Friday, June 12, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. to accommodate the event.

The closure will extend from just before the lower tennis court entrance when approaching from E. Mill Street to the Community Center parking lot access point from E. Gay Street.

Please plan alternate routes and allow extra travel time when visiting the area.

Please note that the Community Center entrance will close at its normal scheduled time. Restroom access for event attendees will remain available through the South Entrance of the Senior Center.
