☀️ BREAKFAST THANK YOU & PIT UPDATE ☀️

Thank you so much to everyone who came out and supported our soft re-launch for breakfast! Overall, it went well, and while we found a few things to work on and improve, we are so grateful for your support.

We are officially closed for a quick afternoon reset and will re-open at 2:00 PM today for dinner service! Heck, if you ask, we might still have some biscuits and gravy available too...

⚠️ Quick Pit Update:
Unfortunately, we ran into some trouble with the pit this morning. Because of that, our dinner lineup will be a bit limited today.

🥩 Available at 2:00 PM: Pulled Pork, Brisket, and Limited Smoked Sausage (plus all your favorite sides!).

❌ Not Available: We will not have Chicken or Ribs today. (Yes, we are saddened by this, too!).

We still have plenty of delicious food ready to rock, so come on out tonight, grab a cold fountain drink, and help us buy out the rest of the pits! See you at 2:00 PM! 👋

We are a little late getting this posted, it’s been a busy day! But as promised, tomorrow morning we are officially easing our way back into breakfast service.

Our philosophy here is simple: Our BBQ isn't fancy, so our breakfast shouldn't be either. We aren't doing complicated or over-the-top; we are focusing on hearty, honest, and delicious country classics done right to get your morning started on the right foot.

As we give this another go and find our morning rhythm, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding while our small team gets back into the groove. We want to make sure every biscuit, sandwich, and platter is perfect for you!

🪵 Ribs Update: We will not have ribs on the menu today. Based on weekday demand, ribs will now be served exclusively on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

🍳 BREAKFAST IS BACK! (Soft Launch) 🍳

You asked, and we listened! Ever since we put breakfast on pause during our opening weeks to catch our breath, we’ve had many requests to bring it back.

We are finally ready to softly ease into morning service!

Here is the game plan:

🗓️ The Launch: Starting this Tuesday, June 16th!

🕗 Tuesday Hours: We will be open for a trial full day from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

📝 Menu Sneak Peek: Keep your eyes on our page tomorrow (Monday) for the refreshed morning lineup!

We will be spending Monday evening prepping the kitchen to make sure Tuesday morning is smooth, fresh, and delicious.

🍗 Chicken Update: Still on the pit. It should be done right at 12:00 PM, but will be ready by 1:00 PM at the latest.

🕒 Closing Time: Due to the early open and meat availability, we may close at 7:00 PM tonight, but we will post an update later to let you know for sure!
