🍎 Help Us Bloom! Raffle Basket Donations Needed!

🌸Our church is getting ready for the Heller Orchards Apple Blossom Festival, and we need your creativity and generosity to make our raffle a success! We are currently seeking donations of themed raffle baskets to help raise funds for our church and our local community members in need.🌸

Whether it’s a "Movie Night" bucket, a "Gardener’s Delight" basket, or a collection of your favorite local treats, every donation makes a direct impact.

Hello all! I have updated our page for our church. It is a more general page that will have information on any fundraising we do and if we'll have things like basket raffles, our French fry stand or anything else at events to raise money for our church.

To our wonderful community, vendors, and friends:

After many years of celebrating the harvest with all of you, we have decided that we will no longer be hosting our annual Peach Festival. This wasn’t an easy decision, but as we look back, our hearts are full of incredible memories.

We want to extend a massive THANK YOU to:

Our Vendors: You are the backbone of every festival; your talent and hard work made our event truly special.

The Bands: Thank you for providing the soundtrack to our summers and keeping the energy high year after year. 🎶

Our Attendees: Whether you came for the peaches, the music, or the community, thank you for making us a part of your family traditions.

Thank you for the years of support and for the "peachiest" memories we could have asked for!

Church service was cancelled today due to the cold weather so the consistory did not have the meeting today. It will be held next Sunday as long as the weather holds up. Thank you for being patient and waiting.

Next Sunday February 8th the church will be having our annual meeting for the Peach Festival! I will be sending an email out to vendors shortly after. ❤️

✨ Important post ✨

I really dislike having to make a post like this but it is needed.

We've had a few issues with a few vendors since Pam and I started to take over running the festival in 2021 for the church.

👎🏻 We will not tolerate the acting out and miss behavior any longer. Unfortunately a few will no longer be welcomed back to future festivals or events at our church.

The disrespect of myself, the church or anyone else affiliated with the festival is completely uncalled for.

🅿️ Parking has been an issue over the past 4 years as well. There is specific parking for the vendors in the field behind the church. This allows enough room for all of our patrons to have parking options including the handicapped parking. There were many vendors in the handicap parking lot and in the first row of the lot.

🅿️Vendors that do need to park closer to their spaces due to medical reasons can still utilize the handicap parking area but if you are able to please use the vendor parking next year. I can move your space closer to the vendor parking if needed as well. Please let me know.

🎪 Also, booking spaces and not showing up at all, without even sending an email or message that you cannot make it for whatever the reason may be, will also have you not welcomed in the future as well.

✉️ Emails will be sent out to those vendors.

I really dislike making posts like this but it has been over due. I have been very tolerant of a lot these past few years and it will now be stopping.

I am a vendor at the festival and many other events and none of this would have been tolerated at those events either.

A big thank you so much to everyone who made yet another successful peach festival! To all of our vendors, church members, volunteers, Last Call Beautiful and Small Town Sips .... And Heller Orchards for the beautiful peaches! THANK YOU! We appreciate each and every one of you. It wouldn't be possible without you! We'll see everyone next year! ❤️🍑
